Ahh I see, because you've seen it and then wrote it in an online forum, it must be true for the world right? It's not like I was on Instagram 3 days ago and saw a British Transformers account talking about this NewAge set with the guy referring to it as Legos.

No shit, which why it's ridiculous for ppl to be condescending towards ppl who don't know the plural of kids building bricks. Your points are so irrelevant, but I expected that from you. Not even the same level. Give a 2 year old Lego, and theyll most likely be able to use it for it's intended purpose. Give a 2 year old a FT mp and they're not going to be able to transform it and most likely break it.

And keep in mind not everybody here takes their 3p transformers and goes pew pew pew with them.

I doubt even you understand what it is you’re trying to say. I won’t attempt to decipher whatever point it is you think you’re making, because why waste time on unpleasant and unnecessary things? You are dismissed.

Hopefully it will be cheaper at ShowZ/BBB, but since they don't have full price yet, but some info can be derived from the US price. BBTS and TCP have it up for $300.

I did look, but obviously I missed it. I went back after your reply and looked harder and found that. I know they are generally cheaper, but $130 seems much larger than normal.

IDK, BBTS usually charges about double the prices on Bombusbee from what I can tell. For example, the Seeker mold is $46.99 on Bombusbee and runs $99.99 on BBTS

It took me longer than it should have, but I figured out at least part of the difference between the price and my expectations. I had forgotten BBB doesn't build the shipping cost into the price like ShowZ does. Until we know how much shipping will be for the set we don't know the actual comparison.

It’s not about how much cheaper bbb/showz are, it’s how much MORE bbts/tcp/tfsource choose to be…. Bbb and showz will both match after shipping.

I have this pre-ordered but not sure if I’ll keep it. I was afraid the Lego style would not mesh with the aesthetic of NewAge bots and this test sample confirms my thoughts. Really wish they went with high quality painted diorama style instead of building bricks.

it’s still cool for the scale but it clashes for me personally

It might go better with a TF Kre-O collection, I guess?

I thought it might be okay but seeing an actual working version with the figures within it has put me right off. Modern 3P legends figures are well-detailed mini-masterpieces and they really look out of place amongst all that blocky geometry of the diorama.

The Lego style is great as its own thing, but the two aesthetics are horribly jarring.

So cheap, would have tought they would have used molded rock parts to stack together, not this.
Better off to buy mock bricks on aliexpress and make your own in this style, little technic blocks for the door.
You can get led light very cheap for bricks.
I am not wasting money on this, to bad could have been so much better
