After figuring out the transformation on this guy, he is a lot of fun to mess with! Though I have to admit I am still scared of the clear plastic...

    Some more playing.

    The Cliffjumper family!

    Minibots!

Sadly, there is no angle or lighting in which the foot panel doesn't look awful.

It's garish and unmissable even in bot mode:

Sigh! Why is FT paint so often rubbish? At least on Rig it was symmetric. It's not chipped, which is something.

Maybe I should pose him like this:

If yours is still in alt mode, the front bumper double hinges down into the correct position to peg into the front wheel arches :D

It does, but I keep dithering between having it down in the correct position, and having it up to hide the silly chrome strip. When I have more time, I plan to cover that strip with something and then keep the bumper in right position.

(Edit: Sorry, I should also have said thanks, since you were offering a helpful suggestion. Thanks!)

I foraged through my big envelope of spare stickers and offcuts for Rubik's puzzles, and found a fairly decent red match. I just cut it to the top surface, as the side was too fiddly and I didn't have enough sticker spare.

    Not perfect, but vastly better.

(Oh, and I put the bumper down to keep Redferno97 happy!)

I loved both modes so much that I just had to get another Parkour, I really wanted a Hubcap for the Alt mode, but once JJ confirmed that Hubcap was highly unlikely, I jumped on another Parkour from Bombusbee. It along with the MS Prime EX came in new record for me in just seven days! I think I might have lucked out because the new copy doesn't suffer from the mismatched hood paint, but it is a little looser and one of thosw tiny pins for the front bumper fell out. I was able to get the pin back in no problem and since the new copy will be in alt mode forever thanks to the great paint job the looseness doesn't matter.
Tl;dr FansToys fanboy jargon blah blah first pic shows first copy and second shows the new copy and first copy having a quick lie in the grass.(THE HORROR)

So I thought the left leg on mine was feeling a little loose the other day. Didn't think much of it until today when it came right off in my hand... The screw hole on the hip is completely stripped out. Hoping I can either get a replacement piece or can fix it...

Yikes, hope you are able to get it sorted out! I don't think strippages are out of the realm of the possible, but hopefully it's an easy repair once the parts come in.

If I can get parts, it is a super easy repair. If not, I may try something like a tiny dab of jb weld in the hole then reattach the screw and see if it holds, since the hip piece is metal.

I guess that getting the parts is relatively easy, the only question here is will you get them for free through your retailer, or pay for them through FT.

For a DIY repair, I guess your best option would be try to find a piece of plastic small enough to fit inside that screw hole, and drill a new one. If you don't have a drill bit small enough for this job, you could try using a self-driving screw.

This is just my theory, since figure was shipped today, and I'm not aware of how it's build.

Still waiting to hear back from the seller, but I'm not opposed to to paying for parts. The hip piece with the stripped hole is die cast, so I'm pretty sure I can fix it if I can't get parts.

Well, in that case forget my suggestion. I didn't understood where the screw hole was located, I was imagining something completely different, sorry...
Getting a new piece seems your best option.

You know how in some comics Cliffjumper would be decked out in weapons like he’s ready to go Rambo?

I don’t suppose anyone know any good sized gear that would fit him for a future purchase?

Quick update to my issue. I reached out to Fanstoys and they asked for pictures and my address, so hopefully that means I'll be getting some parts in a few weeks!

FT showed some shots of their upcoming Gears on the TFCon panel.
    He looks pretty good IMO.

This image has most of the non-Legends Gears options besides SXS Continuously Variable (it is different and not the best quality) and the upcoming FT Variator. Based purely on size you will probably want BadCube Grump, FT Variator or SXS if it appeals to you, but iGear Cogz isn't horribly out of size if it grabs you.

To save anyone asking the Huffers are X-Transbots, Cubex, iGear and a custom made using MT Swerve.

You know wording it as "gear" instead of "weapon sets" for Cliffy I ran right into that one.

    Now you die.

I definitely failed reading comprehension today. It is rather obvious now that it has been pointed out.
