    I don’t know which is more disappointing to me. The complete lack of a proper Beast Wars style Bumblebee for this or the fact the animal head is a chicken and not a bumblebee.

    You can copyright it all day long if it has a personality and identifiable attributes that were creatively made.

    Plus, it kind of doesn't matter if one Bumblebee toy doesn't have trademark protection on the name because all the others DO.
