    Very fun little, buggy dude. I had the three G1 Insecticons as a kid and I've always just adored these designs. It's great that they're really just solidly-built, updated versions of those old originals with added articulation and some nice heft. The joints are damn tight on my copy. Collapsing the legs for insect mode was almost scary tight at first, but once it all got moving it's loosened up a bit.

    Bring on Bombshell, Hasbro!

    I just got Shrapnel (love it!) and I noticed that the ENTIRE chest is painted black over purple plastic. Only reason I can think is to set up for Chop Shop, so they can use the paint budget for other parts...

    If you're going to do Animated Shockwave as a retool, I think the better pick is the upcoming Armada Megatron.
