Well, I'm glad I got out of Legends collecting. This is much too much. The prices have gone up, the designers and companies go the way of the dodo all the time in 3rd party, it seems, and it's just such a mess.

I do think they're wonderful figures, I get why you're all heartbroken, I really do. This sucks.

 

Yeah, I've had the same thought many times. Often wondering how much longer until any given company dissolves and I'm left with an incomplete collection. It all just seems like a waste of time and money in retrospect.

 

Which ones, there's a few single metallic on AliExpress with a quick search. Snarl and grimlock popped up instantly.

Just curious but what has this to be with Legends? I mean this could happen to any given 3 party doesn't matter what they do. MakeToys Headmasters come to mind.

 

I’d suggest it was more a ‘Legends+’ issue, with a relatively unpopular scale that’s only made by one manufacturer?

 

Speaking for myself, because that's what I was collecting. When I started, MP wasn't within my financial capacity, and I'd argue it still isn't, so I went with legends+.

I'm with Destron - I need that Rubbish (still no idea what's behind the name) and their Sandstorm too.

 

I am missing the metallic MFT Slag and the Holy Grail Sludge. I am watching the Magic Square and Newage upcoming releases of these two but I'm not sure if they will be large enough to stand in with their Classic MFT Dinobros so I was curious about this rumored re-release. How complete is your extra Slag @lilcarus and were you thinking of parting with him?

I also really wanted their Blurr to complete my Movie bots. I'm still hoping he'll show up in some way under the MFT banner or one of their assumed names.

 

I like the Legends + scale I think it works well and reminds me a lot of the Robotmasters line.
In fact Robotmasters go together with Legend Plus rather well.

I've been a bit lack about some of the later issues I still don't have Hot Rod and Wreck Gar, I was actually put off when my Rodimus leg hinges and other grey parts went Green.

 

Just ordered the MFT Hot Rod this weekend off of BBTS for cheap, is it still possible to find the Rodimus Prime? I haven't had much luck in my looking the last few days.
