And not a single Decepticon or Predacon, despite Caple saying they were in the film. Can't say I'm surprised. EDT: And I'm aware of what Transit's role in the movie allegedly is, but that just shows how unimportant the Decepticons are to the point they didn't even bother making splash art for him with the right faction symbol.
Fair point, but my edit still stands. Dude's a total nothingburger. Remember Canopy from TLK? Same deal.
Right there with you. After Bumblebee I thought that the Michael Bay era was nearly over... but alas no. Oh well...
It’s possible that they screwed up with adding the Terrorcon logo, or decided to simplify it since he’s supposedly the only Con in the film. I agree that it sucks that the Cons aren’t getting their due here, but looking at it from a marketing standpoint, I can kind of see why they’re brushing Transit off to the side since he’s not supposed to be part of the big bads here.
Hmmm. Maybe it’s a plot point or something? Like Scourge corrupts a bunch of Decepticons into following him? Or maybe Scourge is the only ‘actual’ Terrorcon in the film and everyone else is just a Decepticon that works for him?
Yeah that could be cause the Terrorcon logo is just his face/mask. I take him as some kind of cybertronian occult leader.
Stratosphere looks sick, Transit I think looks okay, Wheeljack…I like the body. Sigh I’ve made my peace with the head.Do not care for it, wish he looks like how he did in BB since all the others returning somewhat do. But whatever. I don’t have the energy to bitch about it for all of eternity. Just make peace with it and move onto something you love, better for your health.
Same here. I think the rage over WJ feels rather repetitive lol. (also im takin a 31 day break from instagram so cant reply to your dms lol)
Because the people who wrote Beast Wars actually hated this guy - why do you think he got blown up in basically every single episode as the designated whipping boy? Ironically this is what saved him in the end because constantly abusing the bastard did endear him to the show team. Plus, in terms of it looking insectile...it actually isn't. I mean, he's still got a very humanoid facial structure with two eyes and a mouth, just a lot of pointy stuff added and the eyes are big like goggles. He actually looks nothing like either of his original toy's heads, too, except maybe the mutant head's crest. For a film that's not supposed to be going back to being more bayverse shlock...sidelining the Decepticons YET AGAIN for some other random-ass threat that anybody can tell will not survive to the end of the film is very much the Bayverse playbook.
