Transit is actually the form of Triggercon Ruckus when he entered the Movie Universe during the events of Legacy.
Battletrap is Junkion Scraphook but he was kidnapped by Scourge and brought into Movie Universe.

Hey we can hate the design all we want its pretty damn awful. You are on a forum complaining about people complaining about a design then telling people to "touch grass" is pretty ironic lol.

 

Hate all you want but I’m getting a bit tired of all the complaining, yeah we get it you guys don’t like new designs but with the bayverse movies y’all never had a problem  

 

Wheeljack is about what I expected (very obviously a generic nerd) but I'm hoping the final design will be better. This is just so bad. Strato is fine, but that head is meh. Transit is maybe the worst because he just looks like a generic monster. Seriously, did these people learn nothing from BB? Guess we're back to stereotypes and monsters already....

I accept that it’s still a shit design regardless if its not accurate. Movie designs can be different and still look good like Ironhide and Sideswipe. This ain’t it.

 

I don’t really mind that the head is insectoid, although I would prefer that it not be. I’m just glad all the designs are relatively clean and covered in a decent amount of panel armor instead of being a mess of wires. Also Transit is either going to be an absolute giant or a major league mass shifter because this skinny bug boy turns into a damn bus.

 

He definitely has the ears, yes, but not G1-ish.

"Battle mask" is a bit of a stretch. His face is like that.

Meh. Those antenna are barely seen and doesn't really subtitute for who's supposed to be "Wheeljack".

Yeah that’s what I’m doing here as well. I mean sure we now have a better idea on what some of the characters are gonna look like in the movie like stratosphere Nightbird and transit but still it’s pretty clear that these were made fairly early in the movies production time

Transit and Stratosphere have both jumped up to the near top of my list of TFs I can’t wait to see onscreen. Love their designs and I hope they both get really nice Studio Series figures. They both need to be leader class imo but we shall see I guess. Sick designs though.
