So the above is from 99 Cent store. They've actually been around for maybe a year but I don't recall people mentioning them or maybe I've just missed those. Does anyone have any thoughts on them? They can be turned inside out to reveal their alt mode and I guess they function as a screen wipe since part of them seems to be made of microfiber. I believe there's six variants; there's a Starscream and I forget who the last one was.

 

They originally released several years ago. I've got the Soundwave one and it's cute.

 

I have em. Bought full price about a year ago on ebay and amazon, for roughly $10-$15 each for a themed birthday party for my son. They are cute party favors that I will not get sucked in to buying them again for what I paid for. If you can get it for about $5 each or even cheaper, I say go for it. It's the TF Version of what "plushy key chains" should be.

 

They're $1.99. I already have 4 of them and might get some for the nephews for Xmas.

Yep, drove through a snowstorm in the middle of a work day to get to the closest CT, then found everything that had been sighted except the Metroplex. I think more of us have stories like that than actually found one, though I'm happy for everyone who was successful and didn't scalp it.

 

I drove around probably 6 hours that first night. Best think I saw (and regret not purchasing) was the Dinobot set.

 

Yep. I drove around for hours also. Lastly, I checked out a Citi Trend really, really far away. Didn't see Metro but on the way out just for kicks I asked the cashier if they ever got him in. "A large robot? Yeah, we've had it for months now. Finally moved it back into the storeroom because it was taking up to much space". Still have it. Good times.
