cockroaches. I see one of those MF'ers and I get scared shitless. I get even more scared when one of the cats brings one in to "play" with it and i wake up the next morning the parts being all of the place....
Oh dude! Is there more of a tale to tell? I love hearing people's stories. (Unless you'd rather not tell, which I can respect) Personally, I don't have a fear of aliens directly, but the thought of them abducting and testing on me freaks me out. (I don't think it really qualifies as a phobia in my case though, I just get kinda skittish when I read about that happening... )
Maybe. Not sure. Could have been my mind projecting something or it could have been the continuation/result of a nightmare I was having. I don't mind talking about it though since I am unsure it was anything.....I can PM you later if you want to know more....
Ancraophobia : Fear of strong wind. When I feel strong wind blowing at me, especially at my face, I freak out and feel like I'm drowning. I can enduring it. Basically by telling myself that there is no reason that it would harm me, and I wince and turn my head away. Strong fans blowing at me does not scare me. I wonder what could have happened to me that caused me to develope this.
Failure. Every other fear I thought I had I've been able to conquer it and operate efficiently. Fear of failure can cause me to freeze up or drive me into overdrive refusing to admit defeat under any circumstances. Oh, and fear of thread necromancy...
Heights (unless I’m in an airplane or protected by glass or metal screen). Spiders with a leg-span over 1”.
Herpetophobia. Always had it, then it got amplified by my brother's pet iguana when we were kids. He put it in the bathtub one day to swim around but it got out, jumped into the toilet, and dropped the lid on itself. I ran in to use the bathroom, and nuff said.
Used to have a big fear of zombies. Either in movies or people dressed like one for Halloween. After playing resident evil in 1999, most of the fear disappeared except for the ones from the 80s and the 1990 version of night of the living dead
