member when this line was 14.99? 5-6 bucks in 2 years or so is nuts. Course that could be said for any line now.
I am but you left out the E. …it’s the stupid name for The Loyal Subjects’s action figure line. BST AXN translated from dumb marketing speak is Best Action.
Okay, so Loyal Subjects is the name of the company? Then let me redo my question. Who the heck is Loyal Subjects?
They're a toy and collectibles company that has a bunch of licenses. Their figures can usually be found in the electronics sections of stores like Walmart and Target The Loyal Subjects
They're a company that made 3 inch action super-deformed blind box figures of a bunch of properties for maybe a decade until about 2 years ago when they switched to 5 inch figures. Initially, the characters were all 5 inches with no regard for scale but now they're adapting a bit with a super-sized Krang. This is about wave 5 or 6 of their TMNT figures.
Oh, is that who has been releasing those cheap looking toys that are taking shelf space away from NECA? They seem to be like Super7 in that they license anything and everything they can and hope it sells.
So... like every other toy company that's not invested in their own IP, then. Congratulations, you've cracked the conspiracy. Hooray.
Playmates could make the clame that because action figures are toys they are inherently meant for children and adult collectibles is limited to things like art prints, statues, clothing and accessories.
