Or optional parts - chrome or silver/metallic blades, same for Star Sabers chest.

 

So, I don't have much of a QC issue with mine, but I do have a paint issue.Some paint was rubbed off on one shoulder and Hasbro wants me to send the ENTIRE thing back for a full replacement...after waiting over a year and a half, and a replacement could take months AND I have no guarantee that the new one wouldn't have worse QC issues. REALLY poor customer service on Hasbro's part.



My question here is, does anyone have any idea of a paint match that I could use to touch this up? I could probably mix something up but maybe someone had a paint they found already matches?

 

I saw where the auction had already ended for this with zero bids, and relisted for another 9 days. Not that I was going to but this just fascinates the hell out of me too.

Was anybody else getting G2 Menasor auction vibes from this too? Maybe the colors, IDK. Mods forgive me if that is a forbidden subject.

Yeah maybe but it was a retirement gift why would you need to sell it im sure ya not hard up for cash. Plus Hasbro tend to store prototypes in their vault for prosperity like the old Joe stuff and the unreleased 80s Unicron for example

Are there any optional stands that this set is compatible with? Saber and Leo don't have the ports you see on other Mainline figures for Tamashii Stands, and I'm not a fan of the included stand at all. I don't find it very flexible and I don't like how it wobbles when you set up the ship mode on it.

 

I'll agree that the stand was made more for aesthetics than actual usefulness...

I think it gives him some character. I have noticed in anime a lot of times the hero would have some kind of gleam to him.

 

Yeah I opted for the Flex stands I have. They are a lot more sturdier then the stand that came with Saber.

 

What about those Tenseg stands Hasbro is selling on Pulse? Maybe without the actual "Tenseg" part - you can use them just as regular stands without that "hovering" aspect.
