I’m beginning to think the lack of a weaponizer mode being provided in the instructions, and all the connectivity features Crashbar has in vehicle mode suggests he is supposed to be combined more in vehicle mode. Aside from the front and rear wheels portions of the bike being able to stack side by side, the left saddlebag is keyed to work specifically to connect Scraphook’s leg to make a sidecar. It looks like it is keyed for some other connection, but I can’t figure out for what. Maybe something in the future.

Is it possible to swap Scraphook and Crashbar's heads, or are they attached differently?

It would be nice to differentiate two copies of each by swapping their heads and arranging their accessories differently.

Different attachment points unfortunately. Scraphook's head sits on a mushroom peg on the head plate, whereas Crashbar's head sits on a neck with the ball joint that sits in a socket in the chest piece.

Kind of a bummer, it's a missed opportunity IMO. I am hoping the next Deluxe Junkion will have the same ball joint head setup as Crashbar so they can at least swap between them.

Thanks for looking into it for me! :thumb

Agreed, I hope future Junkions will share neck posts. A head swap and a quick coat of paint is all it would take for to double the Deluxe Junkion horde.

His right foot feels mistransformed out of the box. Am I missing a step? It feels more limited in motion than the other foot.

Both Crashbar and Scraphook suffer from loose leg pegs making it very annoying to handle the figures.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ YMMV. I have 3 Scraphooks and 2 Crashbars, and none of them have loose limb pegs, although one Scraphook's shoulders can't hold anything up and just droop as soon as you put any accessories in or on his arms.

This seems... intensely unlikely to have ever been a thing.

    Ebay:
Crashbar's exhaust pipes are *NEARLY* identical but not quite. They need to be matched correctly to the bike side because as well as pegging into the hands they also tab into the sides and those tabs won't match if they're the wrong way round. This in turn stabilizes the arms on the front of the engine block and makes it clear which slots on the lower arm's elbow the tabs on the underside of the fuel tank slot into.

I'd mount the exhaust pipes before trying to slot the fuel tank in.

He's fantastic, definitely my favorite of this wave and so far my favorite of the deluxe Junkions. A fun transformation for a motocycle, a great paint job, a fantastic head, and a great look overall.

Given that the instructions seem to have Crashbar's legs becoming 'shoulders' on Scraphook's core... combiner tentatively confirmed?

Honestly, given the early script nature of Planet Junk, I had considered such names for any forthcoming combiner...

This guy had two Crashbars and didn't take a picture of one riding the other? Fail.

That's the best combination I've seen yet. How did you get the scraphook torso to stay on the back?

I don't have great instructions but maybe a side picture helps? It's kinda wedged in by the exhaust pipes. It's pretty secure but isn't pegged into anything.

I don’t really like the dainty feet. Can Scraphook be used as the lower legs instead of Crashbar?
