Update on the old limbs. I have put these on a Scattershot from the Hasbro Computron giftset. I used 2 hands from the CW Menasor G2 set and I painted 2 POTP feet blue (unfortunately 100% accurate blue, I still hope to find it). He has CW legend Powerglide as a gun. Reason is a story line I have in mind, Powerglide is involved in the creation of this combiner I have named Compurion (yes, a combination of Computron and Superion).

Second, I have given my original Computron from the Hasbro giftset also POTP feet. I thought he would be a little smaller (like my Gobots crossover Courageous) but the difference was less as I thought. I did it also for another reason on which I will come back soon.

In the beginning I also used white stickers on Scattershot's legs just to see how the colors would turn out, later I did the actual white painting. This was the first 'prototype' of my version of Computron. Later I replaced all 4 limbs with better looking Deluxe figures, much more Computron like. But I'll show that later in another thread in which I'll show 5 different version of Computron (3 customs along with Hasbro and Takara).[/QUOTE]

I finally have my third Computron as good as ready so now I can post the promised 5. I have a new thread in which there are more details, but here is a spoiler pic:

Finally I'm about to close this project. My first project, the reason I started customizing as mentioned in the beginning of this thread. I have already posted strafe, so let's continue with the rest of the gang. I'll start with Lightspeed.

    Srednam Combiner Wars Lightspeed.JPG

Because I used the Dead End mould, Hasbro used the Streetwise mould and Takara used the Wheeljack mould, here are all 3 in robot mode for comparison:

    Next is Afterburner:

    And here is Nosecone:

    All for Deluxe class figures:

As already mentioned in the beginning of this thread, I liked the CW Scattershot as originally released, so I have not done much on him in robot mode and alt mode. The little differences you might notice were to create Computron's look. So here is the entire Technobots team:

And the guy himself when the team above combines:

So that's it... But I'll still be working on several combiner project :)
