With how distribution is it makes sense to release it a little early. Also since this is normally how it is for movie tie in toys.

 

There is a difference with 07 and ROTB. RoTB the movie and toys have been designed for years plus post 2020 shipping arrangements. Those toys were supposed to come alongside the original release of the movie, meaning Hasbro didn't have stock on the shelf the way they wanted.

 

Isn\'t there a supposedly street date for ROTBs figures (non SS)? I can\'t remember the date.

i saw the flex changers at walmart today. they don’t use rubber. they use pvc plastic like botbots

 

something neat i noticed; weaponizer cheetor and arrow stripe share very similar details. they both have similar pieces of greeble throughout their bodies. very interesting homage to tigatron

We haven't seen any of those available online for sale and both Walmart and Target are loaded to the gills with waves 1 and 2. I think it'll be a long time, if ever, before we actually see her here. If the rumors (and the person giving them has been solid before) about them being used as a Studio Series for kids line next year, I'd say we'll see her then.

Ok so a number of factors have lead to me to the conclusion that the flex changers and beast life optimus prime are Walmart exclusive, they share the same “nighttime” blue-teal packaging style, and have only been spotted at Walmarts here in the US, why they weren’t stated as exclusives is beyond me

 

It's also because Target got a lot of exclusives themselves. So they probably didn't order any.

 

Still doesn’t explain why the flex changers and beast mode prime have the same packaging type, it’s possible the nighttime packaging could represent Walmart exclusive
