All signs point to: Nope. See the feet on the cruiser mode, then the feet on the robot mode. That's the first clue but I'm going to bet there's more part swapping involved at the neck and arms too.

Anyone familiar with the Moderoid Aerial kits? Was tempted to get these a while back and now that they're being reissued now is a good time to bite the bullet but I would at least like to know how it holds up.
If they do all of the other transforming cars and the transporter from Galvion, I think I'll have a problem.
I had the Variable Action Hi-Spec from MegaHouse but it was a nightmare made of floppyness and paintrubs. This may be a good alternative if they don't cheat with the transformation.
