At the least I think we will get at least a fee Bayverse deluxes. I don’t think Hasbro will have it be mostly all 86 and wfc for the 40th anniversary. And the reason I say that is so they can later on do remaining stuff without blowing through it right away.

This guy is ridiculously solid and expressive. They really don't make them like this nowadays. The only problem mine has are the missing armor bits on the back of his legs





He is also just fun. Extremely fun.

Jokes aside, ROTF Megs is definitely underrated. Awesome TFP recreation as well!

 

Yeah a lot of people have pointed out the similarities which is making some of the people even more concerned for how ROTB turns out but we'll have to see because from what we know ROTB does seem to have things over ROTB in terms of story and characters so far such as the Maximals having a much bigger role then the Dinobots.

Also seeing how Wheeljack looks next to the other Autobots even Mirage who evoke a lot of their G1 selves or in Bee's case what people mostly expect him to be really makes Wheeljack's design stand out that much more badly. Really hoping that somehow Wheeljack's final CGI model will at least toned down the nerdier elements.

 

Agreed and that a problem I have with it, the others look G1-ish or like their BBM selves but Wheeljack for some reason looks like a completely different character. It’s like if in DOTM, Ironhide, Bee and Ratchet look the same, but all the sudden Sideswipe looks completely different. Hope yeah some tweaks are made.

I’m thinking about being brave and commission a printed head of the 2007 target exclusive Starscream figure that looks G1 inspired and put it on a KO of MPM 10 Starscream.

we do a bit of mixing and matching and thinking about painting the trim a gloss red.
