I'd probably be pretty stoked. Then again, I'm much closer to five than most of the other people on this forum, and my collection is pretty lackluster in some places, so I bet I'd be even more stoked if I saw my collection in a few years

No no no you don’t understand little one. You see, we have enough toy Transformers to overthrow a small country, and we’ve got a smoking hot piece of ass.

Her name is Arcee and she’s in that jar over there.

I'd have to tell my 5 year old self to calm the hell down and pick one or two for now...

I was rewatching Bumblebee's scenes in AOE to see if he actually had those shuriken wheels in the movie (he does), and noticed this:
    AOE.png
Maybe that 3P MPM Drift wasn't as off with the scale as I thought! I thought Drift was supposed to be shorter than Bee but he's a lot taller in this shot. Some of that is where and how they're standing, but Drift is definitely taller here.

Anyway, really excited for a Studio Series AOE concept Bee in the future! It'll be tough since he has a lot less car kibble than usual (especially without the door wings), but I'm sure they can do it. A Stinger retool wouldn't work with how integral the rounded windshield is to Stinger's transformation, so I think it would have to be something all-new.

I think that shot is a rare oddity since all the other shots of Bee and Drift show them as the same height (like the final shot in HK). It kinda looks like Bee is a little squatted while he was walking away. Also, I agree on a Stinger retool not working because of the design differences, and a new mold would definitely be the way to go. That being said, if a new mold were to be made, that means a new Stinger also needs to be made, so that we can maintain the illusion of them being similar in design.

I wonder what kind of accessories the eventual SS figure will have? I’m sure it will only have either one or two, which will either be the cannon, shuriken wheels or the battle mask. (Lol what if they bump him to voyager for the sheer parts count)

Humour is very subjective but I often get a laugh from your posts and always appreciate the creativity you put into them!

Creativity is always a challenging process, don’t feel pressured to perform or take it too harsh if some content does less well than you’d like. Post what makes you happy and don’t feel pigeon holed, if you want to post a picture of a figure you’re enjoying but can’t think of a good joke just put it in a pose and shoot away.

Part of the joy of this thread is getting to see others appreciating even older figures and being reminded of how much fun we had with them.

@Lazerwave Personally I sometimes like your posts, sometimes they are ok. That said, It is my personal opinion and I believe you should do things for yourself.

If you find joy in creating and sharing your posts, I believe this is the place to share them if they include Transformers.
I mod my figures, paint them and sometimes hack them up and share those posts here in a forum where a lot of people like their figures pristine.
If there is ever a forum where you can be you and share something you enjoy transformers related it is here.

Keep them coming if it brings YOU joy!

"Where did my Ninja Turtles go?"

I'm pretty sure 5 year old me didn't really know what Transformers were. I was die hard into the Turtles at that point.

Oh lord please no! This has been a debate on and off for the entire existence of metagate haiku. If you want to justify certain scales there are always shots you can cherrypick from the films, cause scale was a bit all over the place, but Drift I would say is definitively NOT taller than Bee. He's listed as 15ft, while Bee is 16. But hey, if it makes you want the figure more then go for it! It's still an awesome figure.

Oeh!!! that does look nice.. you are tempting me to get one.. would you mind taking some vehicle shots of him? Maybe with MPM Bee, Jazz, Metagate haiku or even UT Nero? BA or XP-14 Prime would also work..

I need to see if I can justify buying one ;-)

I'm in the same boat, however when I was 5, I was obsessed with the michael bay movies, and my collection now is mostly live action movie stuff so... needless to say I'd be bouncing off the walls
