Yeah I think some start overthinking how much scenes we’ll get of him as soon as they hear “unicron”. At best we’ll get a short tease in the movie and that’s it. What also possible is him not being shown at all and just name dropped.

 

Is it sad that I want Megatron more than Unicron

 

Nah. Is it sad that I don’t really want either of them?

 

Unicron is really exciting to finally see in live action but I do want to see a BB style Megs at some point. People claim that they are tired of seeing Megatron but I don't understand it. Megatron was right in DoTM when he said, "who would you be without me Prime?" We've had time to find out and I want Megs back.

 

The name Pablo actually fits him imo.

No it's not sad. Megatron hasn't been appearing in this new universe...

I'm guessing they will showcase Megatron as a powerful warlord who rules over Cybertron after the Autobots have escaped it.
Maybe Megatron won't do much work and just remain on Cybertron, in an ROTB sequel he will probably sent his elite warriors (or the DJD) to kill the Autobots.

 

But you don’t understand, my opinions on toy robots and movies about toy robots are more intellectual than yours!!!!

 

one thing that I feel is that if this new trilogy really happens I think that unicron will not be the main villain of the third film I feel that he will be left to appear much later, because it is the same as killing thanos already in the phase 1 of the MCU

I think Paleotrex and the Fossilizers could stand-in for a couple of Predacon-Terrorcon grunts. Heck I wouldn't be surprised if the Scorponok army was eventually replaced with both Terrorcon zombies and Predacon Fossil-bots.

My theory is that the Beast Wars have ended millennia ago, these Maximals are just the surviving ones, and probably the zombie Terrorcons also include undead Predacons...

 

I figured as much, it wasn’t directed at you. my comment was more so just in general reference to a lot of threads. Seen so many people get pointlessly mad over toys and other stuff. Always nice when people get along

I honestly wish this was the final design with a bit of simplification. There's more kibble present on him, all that's needed on this design to be perfect are move the smokestacks to his back.

 

That's another cool fan design. I do wish they kept Scourge's flaming beard in the final design tho.

 

How about we just chuck the Optimus out of the window and make bumblebee the next prime.

 

Perhaps people will one day stop diminishing naratives about Colonialism, War, and resources exploitation down to their flawed and multifaceted sources of funding.
The perspective shift is definitely key to demanding standards for text, subtext theme and tone.

Prediction of main antagonists for future live-action movies:

ROTB - Scourge & Terrorcons, possibly Unicron
Unnamed ROTB Sequel - Mayhem Attack Squad (Bludgeon, Thunderwing, Octopunch, Shadowstriker)
Unnamed third film - Megatron and Unicron

 

Hopefully movie will manage to make Scourge a good villain, as far as we know he fights heroes in museum, Peru and in final battle.
