Was a big fan of Bate vs. Axiom and Gulak vs. Dempsey. I am admittedly a bit burned out on "super indie" style matches and enjoy some slick technical and counter-based wrestling.

  Genius. He seemed like a good guy IRL.

 

God, I remember watching him when he was 'Leaping' Lanny Poffo. A damned good talent in the ring. RIP.

I met him at a toy show in San Jose years ago. He was a cool, down-to-Earth guy and a great talent in the ring. Too bad he was a jobber for most of his career. RIP...
