Everything looked pretty good. I’m kinda surprised we’re getting a new Beachcomber…seems to insinuate they’ll end up doing all of the main G1 minbots as deluxes…which I guess shouldn’t surprise me. Fingers crossed for Gears and Swerve too. I’m down for Shrapnel today…probably passing on everything else.
Most of our leaks come from either retail listings or insider information, much earlier than factory leaks. If they revealed stuff early enough to cut those off, they'd be revealing things well over a year before they come out. At that point, things are still subject to change and they probably don't want to commit to anything officially yet

I really wish the Core dinobots weren't Dinoking pre-tools, I actually would have bought a little Grimlock for my desk...But not this one...Looks like a toddler wearing their dad's work boots. I'm still all in on these Junkions though...Still not sure about that Prowl. I still got the two original TFA Deluxes, so I might just be good.
Prowl, Baby Grimlock, and Shrapnel for me. Twincast on sale as I want Rewind but I ain't full voyager price for him.
I don't think I ever really looked at the packaging art enough to see that the Deluxe Insecticons are in the pic with the G1 Insecticons. Chop Shop, Venom and Barrage are there. Oh man, I feel giddy.

My pre-ordering trigger fingers will be ready for just about all of the Wave 2 DLX, Voyager and Leader class figures. Those core class Dinobots are too Happy Meal level quality for me. Even that combiner is shapping up to trash.
Well, there was Doubledealer (sure Japanese cartoon, it could be argued) and Laser Prime. But it was just my preference being stated that they would be better off as a new mold, as opposed to Prime Skyquake, who obviously has a few G1 Skyquake references thrown in. And technically, Dreadwing and Smokescreen have made cartoon appearances, as Gigant Bomb and Smokesniper in the Robot masters cartoon, and as BB and Starscream in the Beast Wars 2 cartoon, so they've had as much exposure as Double Dealer (if not more) in cartoons. Obviously it was just preference on my part, who really knows what plans Hasbro has until it's leaked or revealed? Not me, that's for certain. Edit: I forgot Doubledealer was in the Earthrise thing on Netflix.
They revealed the first Studio Leader of the year. Snarl and Primal will be later when they're closer to release.
Dang, I wrote remold but Im trying to say redeco. But G2 its classic style at this time, so they still can do it (as Selects maybe).
I am much more excited for them than the regular insecticons. Shrapnel looks good, Chop Shop will look better. In wave 2. Why would they randomly reveal a wave 2 figure among a bunch of wave 1 figures????
