Nice botch with the Nia intro. Why is Rhea getting a big push? Way more deserving ladies who should've won the Rumble.

    That music break was awful.

The beatdowns at the end dragged on for so long with multiple pauses. It felt like they were going to do the Rock coming out, or someone, and the action would resume again, pause again, action, pause, action, pause.

And theyd look right at the camera, like WWE production crews wanted a reaction shot for when the music hit.

    And nothing lol

She's like a more consistent and better looking Chyna. And her push with Judgement Day picked up right around the time HHH came back.

I thought Becky Lynch or Raquel Rodriguez will win the Rumble. But it is always Ripley. When Sami dropped that car after he hit Reigns was huge mistake of him dropping it. I wonder what will happen to the bloodline when Jey walked out.

Very lackluster Rumble. Poor choices for Cody and Rhea to be the chosen ones. Oh well, I'm sure WrestleMania won't be any better.

The best part about the end was when the crowd was chanting "fuck you, Roman", it was actual heel heat and not go away heat like 5 years ago.

I honestly don't see what the point was with the whole Sami storyline. He's nothing special. He's not going to beat Roman for the belt. I still say somehow they are building up for Roman vs. Rock.

Just seeing the crowd reaction to Sami proves he is something special. And seeing how even Roman v rock is hinted on young rock proves that yeah they would want to do it. It ultimately hinges on Dwaynes desire to do the match which means no movies and other BS for awhile
    Ultimately it's up to him.

Or DOM and Judgement Day jumped him.

Gunther v Cody would have been a decent match on it's own merit let alone contained within a pretty decent rumble match

    Did Rhea get implants?

Decent women's rumble too. I'm pretty happy with this show so far. Only have man event to see

So I watched the Rumble last night. The mens Rumble was predictable with who was coming out last and winning, but MVP goes to Walter/Gunther for making it to the end. Spot of the night goes to Ricochet and Logan Paul, although a close second goes to Uncle Howdy for completely whiffing LA Knight LOL. Speaking of that, ya know Bray Wyatt is one of the coolest and most interesting characters to come along in wrestling in a long time in my opinion. That being said, Ol' Wyndy boy just cant make a gimmick match work well. That Blacklight Neon Glowing Product Placement match was trash, his paint looked cool for 5 minutes till it got washed out by the massive Mountain Dew logo in the middle of the ring. Just didnt care for it at all. Now, the main event on the other hand was awesome. I will be the first to say that I have denounced WWE for a long time for their booking choices and lack of creativity along with many other people. But the Bloodline story is one of the best things going in the industry right now. Was it drawn out last night? ...... Yes Why? To let the moments breathe, let people take in the drama and allow the impact to resonate. Things happen during storylines so quickly sometimes that its left with people wondering what they just saw. The segment after the match took its time, let the tension build and paid itself off in a few ways. If WWE was going to put all the creative eggs in one basket this was the story and the moment last night to do it.

I bet they had a top down camera for the spot, but can't use it because he completely missed LA Knight. The angle they did use was bad enough.

OK, finally had time to sit and watch both Rumbles. Might watch Reigns vs KO eventually but won’t bother with the 2 other singles matches. Wyatt’s entrance is TOO F’IN LONG.

Men’s Rumble was consistently entertaining throughout. Cody winning was pretty obvious, but that’s ok if it’s the best booking decision, which it probably was. Gunther is a BEAST, kudos to him and Sheamus. Strange lack of surprise entrants, really only Booker and arguably Paul. Too bad Kofi failed again, maybe he’s getting too ambitious with his signature Rumble spots.

Women’s Rumble was actually kind of boring until the last third. Too many no-reaction no-hopers in the first half, and FAR too many instances of “new entrant enters ring like a ball of fire and shows off a few moves before posing/screaming for the crowd”; seriously, whoever booked this waaaay overused that bit. Good to see Asuka back with new music, I want the music released NOW. End sequence between Rhea, Liv, and Asuka was well done. What a relief to see them nix the name Doudrop, gotta be one of the worst ring names ever. And I’ve really gained a liking for Raquel Rodriguez, she’s physically impressive yet has really good “babyface in peril” facial expressions.

Went to 5 indie shows in January. There were a couple on Saturday, but they would have been long drives and I was kinda wiped out already so I just stayed home and watched the Rumble.

One local show in March has the Motor City Machineguns booked, so looking forward to that.
