Screamer is quite a bit taller than prime with legs fully extended

 

there maybe some excess moulding on the slots themselves, or, the tabs really have to be shoved in there with sheer force for maximum stability (without breaking it of course)

 

Oh I see. That’s not a common issue with this mold but maybe some floor polish will help.

 

@SaiStarCommander27320 Mine hast the same problem, in my case the slot is too large so that the tab won't lock. I haven't found a solution yet, maybe apply some tape to the tab to make it bigger, but I normally pose him the way I want, put the foot together and it stays like that

Love this guy. He is one of the best movie figure from BMB, quality is quite on par with their Sentinel, just a little inferior in terms of joints.

 

just a shame with not having bicep swivels, or a multi jointed ball mounted neck for ease of mischievous expressiveness, but overall, a real standout

also! you probably might want to paint the eyes to make the glowing pupils much more proportionally smaller so that his eyes don't glow obscenely large in person!

 

I haven't bought this yet because I'm still so torn over whether I should get the clean one or the tatted one. I love both looks so much, but I don't think I can buy TWO of this mold. Again.

 

Hah! You're the Scream King! I had three, then sold one, but I still wanna get one of the OS ones but haven't decided which. If the clean version was closer to what was actually in the movie I would buy it, but it's so dark and they even copied the random silver head.

 

I dunno if this makes your decision any easier, but I wanted the "original deco" and it was a bit of a bear to find at a good price while Tatted Screamer was pretty much a dime a dozen. And this was a few months ago.

Thanks for the info. On aliexpress they seem to be equally available. Does anyone want to sell me theirs for a good price? I think I've settled on the tattooed version, because I want to try something with the head from the 1:1 KO.

 

Does anyone knows how do i replace the batteries of the T 10 starscream?
I cant find where to open its head!

 

Finally got this yesterday! It's certainly an impressive piece, and it was cool to discover that they'd added some extra paint from the 1:1 KO version, so I won't even have to add much on my own! I looooove the fingers being more posable. It adds so much expression to this guy. I do miss the added DNA design hinges! But I'll survive without that.

So I tried the experiment I bought this figure for, and I'd like everyone's opinions if it worked. I got a replacement head for my 1:1 KO, but I'd noticed in looking at high res renders and images of the 3A premium starscream that his head is actually a bit smaller than most of his toys make it, so I thought maybe I could mod the replacement head to fit on the OSKO body. To my great surprise and delight, for some reason the neck swivel is the same size on both figures! So swapping the heads was super duper easy, but I'm not 100% sure that the proportions are improved enough to be worth it. What do you guys think? Does it look more accurate now? Sometimes I look at him and he looks like a shrunken head guy and sometimes I look and it looks great. I'd love to get everyone's opinions:

There's one small screw on the right side of the head. Then the head splits in half.

 

Hold on the new head works with the oversized?? I thought it would be too small so I was hoping dino would make a bigger version great to know it works

 

Yep I was shocked when the new head went right onto the swivel joint perfectly. I thought I would have to mod it to be compatible and I was afraid to do that unless it looked way better. I think I’m keeping it like this. The proportions are better now, and it still has LED eyes!
