Hey, Telephone cards are cool. Especially the designs they come in.

 

They are for sure. So many times in the past I've thought about picking up the Transformers cards, but just didn't. I did grab a few normal cards my first trip to Japan. Cool little mementos after being used up.

Finally got my Machine Build Rod Drill. Going to use him as Screwhead with my CHUG Gobots.

 

So I’ve been trying to ID this knockoff for a while now. It was one of the first non-Transformers I ever had. It was a blue trans-am firebird with a sticker of a golden firebird on the hood. Simple transformation legs turn out, arms pop out from side. The “body” was orange and he had a silver face.
Any help figuring out who or what this was is appreciated.

 

Sounds like maybe a KO of Selects Convertors Bird.

 

I remember getting that one from some little local drug store. I always liked that one, nice colors.

I haven't had a chance yet to open drill robo yet so I've been passing on PO for the others. Heck, I have Action Toys Blue Jet and haven't touched it yet either. Need to get on thing.

 

You know, it would be a real show of good faith on the part of Bandai/Megahouse if the next one was Supercar/Turbo.

 

It’s too bad he doesn’t include a head without the visor/glasses to replicate how he temporarily looked at the end of Revenge of Cronus.

I’m excited for this one though, Fitor was one of the few Gobots I had as a kid. I love the Gokin figure but this one looks more like that original toy.
