I am BEYOND happy they switched back to good ol Flick Fires and stopped those stupid six stud shooters. Those things never looked good on a set.

So long story…but will try to make it short….

Few weeks back dug this guy (General Grievous) out of storage…started to build him and was like :wtf: …an entire arm was missing…so I packed him back up and was like ….DAMN…I have no idea where his arm is…

Few days ago ….was looking for SSJetfire’s cane…and boom find General Grievous’ missing arm….

Been a pleasure revisiting this set…

An amazing looking set. I got the manual in a giant lot of Lego, but none of the actual grievous pieces. I was able to put together some of the inner skeleton, thats all. Maybe qill come in handy some day if I find in incomplete one.

Man, Grievous and K2 were the best things to come out of the SW CCBS figures. Makes me actually regret passing on them for a moment.

Oh that's very cool. The transformations are super nice

I want to avoid using ratchet pieces for the hips, ankles, and shoulders though because they're rather limiting in posing options. The extra wide A stance particularly doesn't look great to me, and it's either that or stock straight. So my medium sized one is just scrapped. Ironically, the design elements are all completely finished. It's just not completely built yet, half the chest, one arm, and one leg, aren't put together yet. If anyone wants the file, I can see if there's a way to share it

I can say without a doubt, this is the most "yellowed" piece of LEGO I have ever seen.

I don't collect Legos (I'll grab them for my kids every now and then), but I just took an online survey I thought you guys might be interested in. I watched a 2 minute clip for a new series called Lego Dreamzzz, it's about some kids who are part of an organization called the Night Bureau, and they are trying to protect the dream world from evil nightmares and such. The survey mentioned upcoming sets, but other than that didn't go into details about toys. Lots of imaginative ideas, I guess if you guys have questions about the clip, let me know.

The good guys were fairly non-descript kids; the main one had what looked like vitiligo or a birthmark over his eye, and there was a punk/goth girl. Nothing too out there about them. The main kid had a pet green blob thing. The main bad guy (I think they called him Night Hunter) was in all black and purple; you couldn't see his face, but he wore a big pointed witch hat with a giant eye on it. He also had a hook hand. His minions were similar, all in black and purple.

Weird to me that they mix one pair of Pixar figures in with 16 Disney figs. I know they mixed them in the first series as well but then it was at least a higher ratio (4/18).

Kinda wish they’d keep the Disney sets all Disney and then release a dedicated all-Pixar set. But I guess mixing them makes better marketing sense.

This is probably one of my favorite LEGO sets to come through my doors thus far.

Love the little LEGO boxes lol

Ooh that is an awesome set. Was it a GWP or an older set?
