Transformers Legacy: Evolution Wave 4 Voyager Tarn Found In The UK

 

Again with the Legacy: Evolution Wave 4? It's either Legacy Wave 4 or Legacy: Evolution Wave 1. Not both.

 

Was thinking the same thing...

Evolution is being treated as a direct continuation of the Legacy line unlike the previous WFC which split Siege, Earthrise, and Kingdom into three separate lines. So it seems the “waves” are similarly being treated as a continuation of Legacy’s wave.

 

I hate that they are calling this wave 4...

Plus its Evo wave 1, its been said by Bmac the marketing guy. Its not Legacy wave 4, but it is the forth wave under the legacy banner as a whole just like WFC was Siege, Earthrise and Kingdom, this is Legacy, Evolution and whatever the 3rd one will be

 

I love how this triggers so many people.

 

I think the use of Wave 4 versus Wave 1 is probably a retail thing to make it easier for corporate buyers to understand. If end consumers (us) prefer to think of it as Wave 1, I don\'t think there\'s any reason we can\'t think of it that way. Both things can be true.

 

I can't wait to see the first wave of 2024, otherwise known as "Legacy wave 8"

 

Retailers are probably just doing what Hasbro has officialy been doing with the Studio Series line, and just counting the new subline as the next wave of the entire mainline/series.

 

They are solid cases of each character. I was  in FP Manchester just before closing today and they had two boxes each of Tarn and Lio Convoy ready to go out tomorrow.

 

Plenty of people have already said it, but I\'ll reiterate so we can stop making this confusing mistake: Its either Legacy: Wave 4 or Legacy: Evolution Wave 1. NOT both.

 

I guess this means that I can estimate Tarn starting to show up in the US the early to middle part of February then.

......Unless Amazon throws us another curveball for this wave.

I was thinking of picking up Needlenose, because the two Targetmasters make for a really good deal, retail wise. Then it dawned on me that shouldnt EVERY deluxe have two targetmasters with that logic, in this economy?
i digress, but like, damn. Id be more inclined to collect if that were the case.

 

It, somewhat bittersweetly, means that you get the most "bang for your buck" buying Needlenose, since his two Targetmasters mean you buy 3 Transformers for the price of one deluxe figure. This is why I am passing on Hot Shot, since he lacks his Mini-con partner Jolt.

 

Where were you people when the Cyberverse Deluxes were persistently being referred to as "Cyberverse Deluxe Build-a-Figure" regardless of whether they included a BAF piece or not?

 

It’s….Cyberverse. Do we really have to play dumb here? Lol Why would people care nearly as much? I didn’t even know that happened, because myself and most adult collectors don’t collect the Cyberverse kid’s tv show toy line.

Not to say you can’t happily enjoy buying those, but this is just the reality of most adult collectors.
