I'm at least curious. Kinda doubt I'll bother, based on Bumblebee & Megatron, but I at least would like to see it.

I'm gonna guess Ironhide or Brawn. Both are a good fit for a team-up with Sarge and '84 enough for Hasbro.

-ZacWilliam, actually really disliked Sgt Slaughter as a kid but long since grown out of that enough to be interested in seeing how this looks.

I hope the designs get better for these. I'll still get it to show my support.

Colour schemes is wrong, alt mode is wrong but there is only autobot fit to tag team with the SGT and that is his fellow wrestler Roadhandeler.

Pretty sure Hasbro doesn't even have the name any more but my gods would that be a deep cut.

Mah, Wheeljack or Ratchet. But also Sideswipe, or Prowl or...

No offense, but, from reading your posts, it seems like you cycle through toys like nobody's business. It's harder to take your assessment as seriously as if you were more discerning or kept stuff longer term.

On this vehicle, I don't even want to make a guess as to who it could be.

Triple T sounds like a triple-changer name. Such a wasted opportunity.

I hope it’s an original design for once so they don’t have to make it so horribly limited and hollow to look like a g1 bot like the other two.

It would be cool if Sgt. Slaughter's Triple T turned into Omega Supreme's tank, and also his head!

People trying to think logically about the vehicle design vs a possible character clearly haven't been following this line at all :lol

When Bumblebee is a green dunebuggy thing and Megatron is a black tank, this is either Optimus (finally) or some other very high ranking Autobot--most likely Ironhide, maybe Grimlock... but I do hate when they make the Dinos non-dino alt modes, I think that just ruins their whole identity.

The included character choices haven't really been a clue/haven't really had a strong relationship to the included bot up until now either, but I do think that Sgt. Slaughter and Ironhide would make good partners

One thing I will add though.... is that the engineering on the first two has been... let's say lackluster so I hope that these giant treads won't just hang off his back as kibble....

Pro wrestling fans run deep in my family. I'm not the biggest fan of it but I'm really familiar with it I already like Joe... this already has a ton of novelty because I know I would get people noticing that I have a Sgt. Slaughter. This has the potential to be really tempting if they pull off the character pairing and not well. This would help build that dumb fan comic idea I had depending on how good the bot is and their personality. Personally hoping for Warpath, Cliffjumper or Brawn seeing the seeming size of the vehicle. Hopefully they do a more modern 3.75" Slaughter too. I was so close to getting that Classified Sergeant Slaughter just because that "action figure" could've paired with Transformers but decided it was too small and I don't want to go down a 6" figure rabbit hole. I just really like the idea of him associating with Wrecker types.
It'd be great if they upsized the Legacy Bulkhead engineering for a Joe APC later on, who I think would pair pretty well with their similar toughness but opposing personalities.

After thinking about this again, there's no way this could (or should) be Prime given the size. Sticking with my Irohnide prediction...

When they do get around to making a Prime in this line, I hope they choose The Havoc or maybe even Rolling Thunder.

I don't know who it is, but it's going to be someone with appeal *outside the TF brand.*

That's why the first two were Bee and Megatron. The appeal is primarily Joe fans who want top tier TF characters they know fighting alongside their Joes.

    I'm hoping for Rolling Thunder.
Because Hasbro has to know how popular an option that is.
Especially given the several 3rd party versions.

Unless they change the format of making these the same size as the original Joe vehicle, Prime will never be Rolling Thunder. The thing is like 2 feet long, it dwarfs a HISS tank. A Rolling Thunder Transformer would be more expensive than a Titan class Transformer, it'd have to be a Haslab for any chance at all.

A HAVOC... I don't know where I can see enough bulk in that to make a Transformer out of... it's a very thin chassis with a big open canopy and a big open vehicle bay and not much place to hide extra bulk. I think that's also border-line too large of a vehicle.

The APC I thought maybe was a good option, but realistically I think that may still be larger than they want to go. Cost-wise as well as they'd probably want Prime to be a similar height/size/bulk as Megatron, not tower over him.

Snow Cat, Slugger, and Wolverine are probably good, realistic options, but now with this Triple T rumor, I think one must for now assume it's Optimus Prime. Main color is not an issue as Megatron and Bumblebee illustrate. They're doing the A list characters obviously. And pairing Prime with a Joe "major" character makes sense too.

The original Triple T vehicle really isn't all that bulky, but it actually has a lot of empty space under the chassis/between the treads to store hidden Transformer, once transformed a Triple T Optimus Prime would probably be very similar height to Megatron, so an appropriate size.

You don't gotta play psychoanalyst with me man, I know what I'm doing with my collection. I was just trying to point out an observation.

I think these crossovers appeal more to Joe fans than it does Transformers fans. A good portions of the Joe fans I know and read on forums very much enjoy these crossovers due to the O-ring reissues and just the fun of the added Robot gimmick to the old Joe vehicle. Most of the Transformers fans I see and know on the other hand relentlessly shit on these, with good reasons like the limited articulation and clunky engineering.

I mean. If they want Optimus to go toe to toe with Megatron. Maybe make him a tank? Like a M.O.B.A.T. or something?

I'd honestly be down for that. Just cause it's rare for Optimus to be anything besides a truck.

Wish the Triple T was a bigger vehicle so it could be Grimlock. The Triple T-rex wordplay writes itself.
