The shoes are the most annoying to attach but if the back foot plate attaches to the leg it’s mostly ok.

still nowhere near as playable as Haslab but that’s expected

Do you have the tab on the back of Leo's pelvis tabbed into the back of Saber's leg? Cause mine is rock solid.

Does anyone have comparison pics of the combined bot mode against HasLab VS?

Yep but one connection point isn’t the most solid. Without that tab the shoe doesn’t plug in the foot tight at all

I think they look very nice, but I do think they have their fair share of engineering & QC issues, like, ya know, using clear parts for joints.

    Anyway, here's their thread~

I am livid right now. My Nemeios arrived today, and I’ve been having a great time with it and doing the replacement parts, both were fantastic. When I went to put it into the combined mode, one arm/shoulder piece went in fine, but the other got stuck and wouldn’t budge. I went to pull it out and check it, and the peg sheared straight off. It’s really soured my day. I’m gonna need to contact ShowZ and see if anything can be done. 83760AC9-55F5-47B0-88DD-3F82615099A3.jpeg

I remember that was a tight fit, we gotta be careful as metal with plastic could be fragile

Just received mine from ShowZ. Haven't transformed him yet, but he definitely looks impressive. I won't be able to combine him with Star Saber until I can get him out of a warehouse (I moved recently). And that won't happen until after my leg finishes healing (tore a calf muscle).

But Leo is definitely a good-looking figure and it is fun to pose him with all his weapons.

Really sorry to hear that! My one experience with ShowZ customer service was awesome, so hopefully you have a similar experience.

They’ve always been great to me as well! This is my first after-service request so here’s hoping. Still goes into combined mode: 55E58244-BB93-4AA5-A7B2-729AE7022C23.jpeg 6790F73D-099A-476E-A0D6-D0890E699516.jpeg 4A8639AD-B7BC-43AA-AA88-3139D033E7FE.jpeg 4840E8F0-AB8C-4582-9656-1CC363F8C2AE.jpeg

I just got my Nemeios. Some quick thoughts:

This is the rare Victory Leo figure in which I think the robot/lion mode is far superior than its use as armor parts for Star Saber.

The sculpted detail and paintjob are simply GORGEOUS. You could lie to someone that this is some high-end non-transforming articulated statue, and it would be a believable lie.

So many weapons! Honestly, I'm not too sure what to do with all these weapons. There's two shoulder cannons that can point straight up or over the shoulder, and you can remove a piece from each cannon to attach to Star Saber's sword to make a bigger sword. A huge, impressive V-lock cannon. There's two Vulcan cannons and I'm honestly not sure where they're supposed to go, but that means you have a lot of options, such as mounting it on the hip skirts or on the wings as shoulder cannons.

The Victory Leo robot is very well articulated. There's all the articulation you could want. Ankle tilt, waist rotation, thigh rotation, etc. Impressive range in some butterfly joints in the shoulders. There's wrist articulation. Each finger is separate, and each non-thumb finger has two pinned joints. My favorite articulation is that the wings are multiple pieces, and you can have the wings open up so that each wing is more like a three-pronged wing, like one of the crazier Gundam designs.

My criticisms for the articulation: I don't expect ab crunch in all of my toys, but it's odd that there's molded detail on the abdomen that really looks like an ab crunch, but there's no ab crunch. The head articulation is limited. I wish the ankle joints were stronger; there are a lot of joints in the ankle because the foot pieces need to be in various positions for robot, lion, jet, and combined modes, and not all of these joints are strong. That being said, some creative posing can get him to stand up relatively stably. My biggest criticisms for articulation are related to the head: The fangs have no articulation, so you can't position it to look like devil horns. COME ON! That's an iconic part of the silhouette. Also, there's no way to hide the robot-mode head in lion mode. The G1 toy and the Hasbro Pulse version have a simple flip-down piece. I thought maybe the Planet X version had a face that rotated out of the way. But unless I'm missing something, the robot head seems to be perfectly visible in lion mode.

Lion mode is pretty awesome! All of the strengths of the robot-mode sculpted detail and paint applications. You could tell lie to someone that this is some high-end articulated Zoids lion, and it would be believable.

All of the strengths and weaknesses of the robot-mode articulation. The front legs have all the articulation of the robot-mode arms. The head doesn't turn left or right, and can't look up or down (unless I'm missing something). The head only rotates, and even that has the same limitations as the robot head rotation. The lion keeps the robot mode's waist rotation. You get some new articulation in the lion hindlegs, which has the same articulation points as an actual lion (hip, knee, and ankle).

Lion doesn't have a tail, but that's okay, because the G1 and Hasbro Pulse version doesn't have a tail either.

Sometime later, maybe tomorrow, I'll post my thoughts about combined mode. I think my feelings can best be summed up with this statement: It shouldn't be THAT difficult to put a very large set of shoes onto a very large robotic foot, but Planet X FOUND a way.

I’m curious as to what was giving you trouble! I found the feet to be extremely easy to align and peg together.

i was going to get them but i heard a lot of people say that because of the clear joints, there are fatal breaks which happen easily

I guess I'm kind of disappointed with this release. Missing ratchets and weight. I don't think this guy has any die-cast and feels very hollow.
I'm guessing this was a cost saving measure AND to combined super mode. It takes away from the playability of posing and handling for me.
I know I should of looked at the reviews a little more carefully before purchase, but I assumed it would be like other Planet-X MP releases.
A little pricey for this level of materials.

That aside, its beautifully painted and sculpted, with clear panelling here and there for a layered reflective look. Nice recovery on the Star Saber replacement parts. Weapons are very nice. Some feel heavier than the figure.

Last thing you would want diecast on a figure that's ment to separate and become parts for another character. For regular combiners it's not a problem because it's evenly distributed.

Maybe, but the "Boots" part of Leo could of had some weight to plant this guy combined.
No excuse really to not have ratchets. Price point doesn't match the materials and build. But its not the end of world, the guy looks good in all modes.
