I wonder if those Haslabs have been split up or whether they include all the extra tier stuff?

Though I mean, he has a stronger connection to Bumblebee than most figs in that line! :lol

Fucking hell, that is both absolutely shocking form AND completely unsurprising behaviour from Hasblow. (Having said that, I wouldn't say no to a reasonably priced Razorcrest.)

I'll be keeping an eye out for the cheap Mojo sets since I missed 'em on Pulse.

I do wish companies would stop thinking they can just rely on Facebook for updates these days - At least bung the update on Instagram and all.

That Haslab discount news is likely to rage across all the toy news sites over the next 24hrs. I wouldn't be surprised if Hasbro put some pressure on Kapow and other sites to delete the news.

£98 is presumably the cost to Kapow- but surely they will have to pay shipping and import duty on that. And then at least 25% on top of that. But will come in at less than £400!

Cheers. I'd certainly be interested to see what how the sddc version stand works and looks.

I have to admit I would get a sensibly priced Galactus, if only to go with the Secret Wars 3.75" figures!

    Cool - he’s got a wee back-log of unfinished
projects but he’s a sucker for a fresh idea (which is why he’s got a back lot of
    Projects…)

Not met him to design anything yet so very open to any ideas etc if the muse falls upon you!

Supposedly mentioning that there is worse name slaps than Scourge upsets or confuses people.

I wonder when we will get the next wave of Deluxes.. as early as March, or very delayed ?

As shouldn't there be a new wave of Buzzworthy Bumblebee toys out soon and a whole bunch of Movie toys too, so I wonder if that might lead to Legacy toys being released with them or very pushed back... Not sure what would be better last August and last October had a crazy number of drops at once.

If anyone has any outstanding orders with Sonner Toys now would be a good time to open some PayPal disputes.

Can I offer this theory... The Victory Saber set wasn't likely over produced as if it was then they'd have been able fill those orders for the 'water damaged' sets.

So that suggests either Galactus had many hundreds of cancellations at the last minute (inside the cancellation period) which doesn't seem very likely. and if Kapow are being offered what 500 Units from one wholesaler and potentially another lots from another wholesaler that is a a lot to account for. But maybe it's some sort of safety margin.

But if Hasbro want people to use their site then why not sell them for the price they were originally on Pulse and see how many they shift.. it might be like 50 or it might be the whole lot.

But then one has to wonder why they didn't put them in the advent sale.

    very perplexing.

    -----

Thinking about buying the Classified Red Ninja, anyone got one they can offer me some thought on him ?
I was also wondering if anyone saw one of the mom and pop clearance outlets selling the kid focused Snake Eyes Movie toys, I found the bikes after a lot of searching, but there is a kinda interesting looking more colourful Snake Eyes and Stormshadow I am also interested in, and I saw they had an interesting Red Ninja variant but I can't find that one in the UK yet, they have some merit even with the lower quality I feel.

    -----

I hope Bandai is awake at toyfair as Playmates and them did a very poor Job with Miraculous in 2022 and the show is going to eb off air for a good chunk of a year and season 5 is supposed to end on a downer, so if they want to sell stuff from that show they may have missed out over and over with the show and the Movie. they totally failed to sell Kwami stuffed toys properly, and made 1 half figure waves he last 2 figures came out in August and still have not shipped to the UK, or America. Most of the Dolls are not even out until later this year. It's like a text book case in how not to merchandise a show. It makes Star Wars look in glowing health by comparison and people keep saying that is dying all the time (they get a whole lot of stuff made for a dying toyline).

Where as Miraculous got like a handful by comparison. Also it's the year of the Rabbit this year, they have a rabbit themed Hero in the show and what did they do in the year of the rabbit (write her out of the show mostly) 'dumb'. & they have yet to make a figure of her either.

I keep hoping one of the Asian figure makers will take an interest... you can't tell me that the old French co productios merch wouldn't sell if they made a Ulysses 31 Figure for example. So why not apply the same idea to Miraculous I don't know. They could likely charge a stupid amount for them too. What am I expected to do make my own !!! Buy a quality body and stick a cheap doll head on it ?

So Yeah if your a Miraculous fan things are worse.

I wonder if Playmates are as useless on everything else that isn't Turtles, will they make a mess of Star Trek too.

    ----------

Speaking of Turtles there is some really nice Movie Turtles on sale at present for the £70 pound mark for the set 7" tall and spot on likelness to the Movie... I'm VERY tempted the only off putting part is they are a bit big for me to have a use for as anything other than a stand alone novelty.

They were never £150, they were £350 the original RRP.

And they cancelled all of the orders placed. The bastards.

    Tinfoil hat time...
Zavvi have recently let European backers down who ordered Victory Saber. There are reports that they previously did the same with Galactus. They filled my Razorcrest order, but later offered this for sale again, then cancelled all the orders.
Has some unscrupulous hoarding of Haslab products for later scalping been going on? Either directly on company orders, or by some less trustworthy staff??
Possibly the recent outcry over VS cancellations has led Hasbro to uncover this, and rather than face any repercussions Zavvi have dumped this dodgy stock out to wholesalers, who are in turn now offering out to market.
2 + 2 doesn't always make 4. And possibly I've jumped to 5. But given Zavvi's appalling track record, I wouldn't put anything past them!!
