There is that too, but then, I've never once seen Shriek or Peacemaker with their helmets. My stores only seem to carry the ones without the helmets, which I find to be dumb because I would not want to own a super hero without their mask.
Yep. Exactly. I had to wait for a second run of flashpoint Batman with mask. Meanwhile unmasked old man head flash point Batman stunk up store shelves for a year.
If that clear piece on The Fallen One is easily removable that dude could be the ultimate custom fodder...
I own exactly one figure since he took over and it will take a lot to get another. Mafex might fill some needs, but at a glacial pace. Classic DC comic looks done well is a pipe dream at the moment. Would LOVE for Hasbro to get the license, even at ML prices.
Because he does stupid shit like putting out figures with only the unmasked head. Or like @Effigy said, eight versions of Wonder Woman and only one is anywhere near her classic look.
Scorpion came in the other day and I'm loving him. And this lets me complete a Sinister Six of my six favorite Spider-Villains (minus Norman but that's both because I still don't have him and because I dislike him being a S6 member). Not everyone's my favorite look of theirs per se, but it's awesome to have these characters together at all.
I'm in for Rogue and Blob, but I'm iffy on whether or not I want to go all in on the classic 90's Jim Lee yellow and blue costumes 3-packs for characters I already own.
What about making the comic specific look the regular release, but the classic look the store exclusive? (Wm Manhunter, Shazam).
Christ guys, I didnt say anything about the quality, just that somehow a smaller company with a giant IP is still able to put product out on the shelves without asking 25-30 bucks.
