Let's see if we get something in a few days at the awards

 

Ever since Tom Henderson made that article on the Splash Damage transfer, I've been checking the resume where we found "Fortress" on to see if it'd get changed, as it was mentioned in the article and it was also said that Henderson contacted Splash Damage, so they were certainly aware the name was out there. (I'm still convinced Henderson only found that codename via skimming here.) Well, it seems on December 5th, it was changed! However, whatever Fortress is is still in development.

For clarity, I would like to remind everyone that we do not have concrete evidence that "Fortress" is Transformers: Rise. However, the description is an exact match for what we know the game to be. So whatever Fortress is, it is in development right now.

Oddly enough I saw the guy who leaked us this good stuff put something for tomorrow for the game awards now idk if he knows something or if he's guessing. I heard the show will be much shorter this time around

 

Honestly, that's not a bad thing. In the years past, the game awards has been a little pointlessly fluffed up to increase the runtime, but I think a shorter show will be much more streamlined and better in the long run. I don't think runtime will be the issue, just what's revealed.

As far as people other than us knowing something we don't, I'd bet money on it they do. All the info is pointing that this game is a thing, so I would recommend watching the game awards tomorrow.

 

It would be a smart move to show something I mean ever since the trailer for the movie dropped transformers has been the thing talked about from what I've seen on the internet and in person. I hope they can follow through tho fingers crossed if we get anything

 

My thoughts exactly. Hasbro wants to sell everything while it's hot, so now would be a good idea to at least announce the game is a thing to start hyping up both the game, movie, and toylines, so that they can all cross-sell each other.

I'd be dumbfounded if this game does come out sometime next year, and we don't hear anything soon about it.

 

I don’t know if anyone talked about this already but I looked at that one guys resume for the game and found it’s been updated

 

For the record, I have spoken to all the major leakers involved in this debacle (I think), no one knows anything about the Game Awards. They're optimistic, but no one has any actual leak of the roster that says its there.

 

With how tight lipped it has been, I don't imagine a lot of people would even know it's at the game awards. I am still going with my previous predictions, that they will show something soon. I talked to a few people who said they may be more likely to show it around E3 timeframe, but personally, I think that would be a bit late if they haven't at the very least officially confirmed the game prior.




Ready to be disappointed again or pleasantly surprised.

Not expecting much, but hoping for the best.

 

For those worried about the runtime, it's two and a half hours, the length of a full movie. That's more than plenty of enough time for reveals.

 

YEAR 5! GIVE IT UP FOR YEAR 5!

 

Imagine if Earthspark game gets a trailer instead of rise. That would be the best game awards event ever.

 

That would be a sick cruel joke...

And I would applaud it, cause it's a good one.
