Ok. Are there some specific areas that you prefer over the the TT lambos (like head sculpt or legs, shoulders etc)?

 

Like almost everything looks better to me. MP Sunstreaker looks even better though

 

I have one of the BC red alert. His proportions and articulation are superior to the Takara offering.

I wasn't super thrilled with the build quality though - I'd like to replace mine with something better built at some point tbh.

 

Well it's funny how different people can look at the same object and see different things. I personally love TT's Lambos. They along with the Datsuns are the golden point of the Masterpiece line for me. I personally would not display the BC Lambos even if somebody gave them to me for free. TT Sunstreaker to me looks too "panelly" in bot mode. Car mode looks great though.

Jive and Ronin paid off, that's the last figures paid off for this year I think. Jive cost ~$5 more than Phantasm.

I kinda agree. Was he one of the last releases before Takara went full on animation look?

 

Biggest advantage the BC lambos have is that they're the only option that look decent in a toon lineup.

Only place the TT lambos fit is with other extremely hasui styled bots.

 

The chest is what makes the badcube better than the Takara. But the feet are annoying, the elbows/forearms are distracting and the head Sculpt isn't very good and like the Takara, far too small.

It's still better than Takara, but it's a place holder figure. Red alert looks much better than sideswipe.

My post about people who are enthusiastic about the release of Jive wanting Fans Toys to do the rest of the carbots seems to have gotten a lot of traction, mostly by people who are not enthusiastic about Jive making sure I know that they also are not enthusiastic about Fans Toys doing the rest of the carbots. And so it goes.

 

It got "traction" because you felt entitled to speak for others. Perhaps you should limit yourself to only speaking for yourself next time.

 

There's no evidence to support the notion that FT has plans to do carbots that TT have already done.

Trailbreaker was an anomaly since it was announced long before TT announced theirs, etc. Same with Hound.
