Does anyone get the feeling that Mirage is going to die in Rise Of The Beasts?My prediction on how Mirage might die is maybe during the middle of the film Mirage gets a message from Optimus telling him that Bumblebee is cornered by scourge and that's the clip where Scourge stabs Bee in the chest in the trailer.Then right before scourge stabs Bumblebee mirage sacrifices him self to save Bee.But in the process Battletrap comes in and shoots Mirage in the back twice leaving him severely hurt and him and bee go our together like brothers in arms? What are your predictions on if Mirage dies in ROTB!

 

I doubt Porsche would let them use one of their cars only for them to die straight away.

 

Could he die? Maybe but not halfway through.

 

I mean, the subquestion then becomes: if he dies, does he STAY dead?

 

Nah he’s 100% safe. You don’t introduce a new character that’s essentially the next “bumblebee” and immediately kill him off.

Why would I want him around when he looks like a less cool version of Jazz with Mirage's powers and apparently has the personality of a zoomer? Unironically I came up with TF oc's in middle school that were more original and thought out.

 

He’s pretty much being set up as the new Bumblebee so definitely not.

 

I mean it's possible. Not until the very end though. But unlikely.

 

dont think so cause we see him in some of the SA scenes and those feel like later in the film stuff

 

I don't see them killing off a character who is getting so much of the spotlight.

 

How crazy would it be if Mirage sacrificed himself to protect Noah and used the last of his energy to use his body and transform into a battle suit for Noah.

 

I have to agree with the folks who say no. I feel Mirage, especially due to his cloning and other unique tactical abilities, will have a HUGE upperhand against the Terrorcons and other -cons. I mean, he's Sun-Tzu's Art of War robotified/personified. . . Porsche is also pretty protective of their brand - as was Ferrari.

Now, I do think another character will kick the bucket but will be revived. . .Especially given a certain shot in the trailer where Scourge is going to town on said character.

 

Indeed - especially that shot where the camera is trucking behind Mirage, Arcee, Optimus, Wheeljack, Elena and Anthony Ramos as they are walking over that HUGE ancient circular structure in Peru. . .

 

Will he? No.

Do I want him to? Yes. Simply because I think it'd be funny.

 

He's already cheated death twice, so it's overdue (He was originally supposed to die in the 86 movie and dotm)

 

I don't think any of the main Autobot cast will die (Bumblebee might die and get revived). Maybe Stratosphere will die, but I don't see why Mirage would die, as he is the one who will interact with the main protagonist a bit more as evident from the trailer.
