So many great real life photos of alt modes.

Such a shame they all look so terribly disappointing in bot and combined mode. Awful set of figures from that regard.

Fortunately, plenty of people would disagree with you.

Because I have the moon studio Raiden, I'm much more accepting of the realistic-ified combined mode and aesthetic. The individual bots look loads more stunning than MS, however the accuracy is interchangeable and debateable. The train modes are obviously incomparably better.

I love the MS set for the toon accurate looking Raiden, and I love the Takara version for literally everything else. (Still like the combined mode, but for every reason other than accuracy).

I really need to take some posed shots of the 2 that I have. Working on MPM tho so it may be a bit

right there with you on both counts. We’ll have to wait til next winter to recreate these snow pics though. Reveal in January puts him at which release month, do we reckon?

We’ve got MPG releases in February and June so I’d say probably September or October.

I appreciate the real world train pics to some extent, but personally I think this thread has derailed. I’m starting to ignore new posts in this thread because it’s all trains and no toys.

Love the train photos @Bubblegunner! Nice way to pass the time waiting for Seizan's reveal.

Agreed with Paco that more pics of the trainbots already out would also be welcome. I wonder if anyone has actually combined these with a HO scale diorama somewhere

Between these two, Getsuei has quickly became my new favorite. Getsuei's sword is "borrowed" from Power Ranges Ninjakon.
