Not for lack of wanting to finish Menasor. Also saw Bagman but it felt tough to justify right now. too many gifts to get.

 

So my most recent Transformer was the Sideswipe and Skywarp 2 pack. I found it at Ross in Oroville while visiting some Family last Sunday.

The weapons are painted white over black.

I took the Siege Sideswipe launch and white Kingdom missile to create a more accurate weapon. I then took the white kingdom launcher and red Siege missile to create a G1 Animation model accurate weapon for the Red Alert I bought from Cheetimus a few toy shows ago.

I am also really stoked about the amazing custom Studio Series Perceptor that I also got from them two weeks ago.

 

I always wanted the black Jetfire but it was out of stock once I had the money. Now they are reissuing the white one so I'll have to settle with it

 

These lads just arrived from IDT.

I don't know whether it's because I've been feeling pretty down all week or because I had unrealistically highish hopes, but Masterdominus is far worse in hand than I'd expected. Just as shonky as all of the other Fossilizers (aside from the one with Netflix Megatron who is, at least, a smashing colour). Bleh.

 

I was just wondering where these had gotten to, what with being posted over a week ago, and speak of the devil!!

So, that's just Inferno from IDT and Bumblestreak from Zavvi outstanding now. Only just busted them out of the packaging and haven't had a chance to transform anyone yet but straight off the bat, for some reason, Skullgrin seems to be my favourite and, tiny wee dainty hooves aside, Dead End isn't half as bad as people feared. Fuck Pointblank's arms though.

 

Picked up Legacy Dead End this afternoon.

Sideways looks fantastic, really loving the door wings and the hands on him and the transformation was fun! The joints are a bit loose on my copy since so many of them are ball joints, but those should be easy enough to tighten with a dab of superglue and considering this was a Black Friday purchase I can't really complain  

Crosshairs is great, all of the joints feel nice and tight and I just love his design and the trenchcoat look! The back kibble doesn't really bother me and the trenchcoat panels are fun to pose. The alt mode looks also pretty nice, I did end up gluing the spoiler in place though.

 

The past few weeks purchases, mostly from Amazon. Retail has been weak lately. Only Wheelie and Nightprowler, and the cat just to donate his foot to Cheetor.

I took Artfire at a discount. Very nice mold, all joints are normal, and the color scheme is beautiful. Albeit already slightly yellowed, but the sensations and emotions from it overlap.

 

Tracks was... strange. It seems like a beautiful robot, a beautiful machine, but the quality of the legs is generally fierce rubbish. Even during the transformation, make a movement with your hand and everything will disperse.
Tried to recreate the Mirage transformation from the trailer.
