Autobot city would be cool to do as a series of interlocking leader-class playset tiles with transforming equipment on each of them. Stuff like the turrets, airlock doors, bomb launcher, Starscream capture trap, and other things seen in TFTM. But then we're looking at 300-450 dollars just to get a decent sized Autobot city, and I don't imagine the appeal being as wide as Hasbro would like...

Why would they do that via HasLab when the upcoming retail Armada Prime would make them a highly popular retail choice?

The murder chicken transforms. What's the co-sell for the non-transforming base?

I don't know why people keep pushing these playsets. It's the antithesis of the appeal of transformers. There's a reason why there haven't been any in so long...

Also want to recreate this Screenshot_20221129-195727~2.png

So it would be cool if there are voyager titans and micro figurines (included or sold separately) on Cybertron/Primus with all the cities sculpted on it...

Because if you’ve ever played with an action master vehicle set, it’s really fun.

A *non-Transforming* playset would be a hard sell. A giant Autobot City that had a bot mode might have a shot.

    Action Master vehicles transformed.

You need two Razorclaws, two Blurrs and three Hotrods for the first scene.

It’s based on the most iconic and nostalgic location of a franchise that has made humdreds of millions of dollars over the span of 40 years, and is far more reconizable and more well known then Deathsaurus, who only ever appeared in the comics and an anime that only aired in a few countries.

I have a ton of the G1 ones. They're not that great. But they transformed.

And whats to stop a playset from transforming? Metroplex, Fort Max, Trypticon are all playsets, they transform too.

Well then that's a city bot and not a playset, isn't it? WORDS HAVE MEANING

Planet Cybertron represents 40 years of Transformers better than anything else. It's about the only thing that crosses every continuity. Whether they make it transform, or fill it with lights and sounds, it would cost far too much and be far too big for retail.

Personally I'd like a spanner as I'm weird.

But i'd expect them to do Primus / Cybertron at some point.
