I had that King Hisss when I was in 6th or 7th grade my Grandma got it for me at a garage sale or flee market. He had none of his accessories, not even his armor. I was surprised when she got it for me because she hates snakes what normally would not buy her grandkids toy of things she did not like and she had been telling me that I was "too old" for some time before that. It's so strange that I'll remember her when ever I see a gut that is a "pile of snakes", as my cousin and I called him. She passed away a few years ago, this will certainly be a odd way to honor her.

Classics really ruined us. @Baltan is totally correct. It looks like the colour matches from the pics but we’ll see.

Axel posted a pic of the carded S7 He-Ro on some paper with “references”. So he might be popping up in art soon. Or he could be working his card art this soon.

I'd like it if the figures never released in vintage -- He-Ro, Eldor, and the 1988 wave -- used artwork heavily based on their vintage artwork.

I appreciate all the new artwork for characters who saw a vintage release but in particular with the 1988 wave, we've never gotten their original art on an actual cardback aside from maybe some bootlegger who did a packaged custom of them.

I guess you could count Super7's cardbacks for He-Ro and Eldor since they honestly tried to replicate what their vintage cardbacks would have been.

That said, it would probably be ideal if Axel replicated the Powers of Grayskull cardbacks for He-Ro, Eldor, Disguise He-Man, Sharella, the giants, the dinosaurs, etc.

And I kind of think MAYBE Eternia's box should have PoG design elements.

The vintage one didn't but my impression is that Eternia was supposed to get a 1987 re-release as the PoG playset and Mattel was very carefully setting that up in the 80s by establishing that Eternia predated Grayskull and Snake Mountain and was the only structure in Preternia.

Reckon that'll be the counterpart to the Skelly I saw yesterday with the 40th logo (it isn't a sticker). It has Wave 9 on the back of the card.

I've yet to see vintage head Skeletor w/the 40th logo (wave 9 on back). I've seen pics of it but it's the International version .

LOL at some of the character choices for the float. Squeeeeeze, Ninjor, and Snout Spout. They must have been the current available figures. Of course, a bunch of She-Ra characters since they would have been out at that time.
