Swung by my local TK Maxx on the off chance they had the Botropolis set. Unfortunately not, just a selection of Beast Wars stuff.
Did spot a £33.99 Legacy Blitzwing in Game though

Thanks man, got my processing notification last night.

Wow, Battletrap looks sublime! It won't happen, but I can totally see an Armada Red Alert repaint in that.

And now I'm confused about Airrazor! New one doesn't look bad but I think I prefer the previous one, is that one not a mainline toy then?

I’m having a brilliant day! Before I’d even finished playing with this guy, my IDToys pre-orders turned up. Expect pictures of those soon!

Something about this alt mode really appeals to my inner child, and I was always more into steam trains!

Thinking I need to break up the rotor blades and motors and then see how the rest looks and fix all the mistakes

    Ebay:
landing this week, Had Inferno arrive on Monday, Pointblank and DeadEnd have arrived today, Pink Hot Rod preparing to ship, Showz TA Rattrap is awaiting stock but due over the next week then Star Saber.

It's like Hasbro have had a "Oh shit, we were supposed to send these out by the end of the year" moment.

Those TR prices on ID are pretty high, I'm not surprised on Windblade though, she was available in the notorious Wave 5 with Misfire and Twintwist and then never retooled or released again. I sold my TR version for £50 at TFNation.

Amazing what does and doesn't sell though, no-one touched my sealed ER Thrust for £80 on the last day of TFNation and I see people bemoaning not being able to find one for under £100. (I imported directly from Japan at £70 so with postage and petrol it works out about cost)

Best Guess seems to be that it's from the Kid-focussed line, not Studio Series so like the "Legacy"/mainline side of the ROTB figures to the newly revealed screen accurate versions. Bigger eyes/friendlier face of the robo-face design would seem to point that way.

So as Sh!tcam's connection issues remain just a few shots of my Fave of the Wave, now that I've sorted out his egregious screws, pins & the odd cap. Luckily it turned out Mr. Hobby red was near 'nuff for the red areas (and the accidentally further damaged by prior repair attempt headlight), as was standard black but it turned out that his teal was an easier mix than the nightmare I feared it would be, turns out sky blue with a dash of electric green, and added white for brightness was in fact near as dammit - and for once I haven't ended up with a jar of the stuff in excess! And I still mixed enough to sort out a couple of wee rough patches on his knees, as well as their top lips, and the edges & undersides of the fins (which looked a bit "cheap"/unfinished to me otherwise)!

I'm even coming around on the Comics bonce, for a visor eye it's got a Young-Eastwood-ish via Weller's Robocop gunslinger's death stare that I can vibe with, and suits his bio IMHO.
I will still curse very loudly, just a little, when I have to pay extra for the toy head that comes with the sticker decals tampo'ed on it in Selects! AUGH!(In advance.)

Now, once again, roll on Sureshot!

Oh, and a spoiler/engine block shield thingy for this lad, of course!

I’m convinced the Dad’s business has had a knock on effect. If they can salvage something great but since I got bit by them, I will keep well away. I just don’t trust them.

Far more selection over what we have. Looks like you have had a result with the branches in your region

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed Anda. I’ve got the last episode to watch tonight. Good to hear the finale was fantastic.

    Looking good.

Nearly there. Just this to go:

C&C have shipped my Deadend. Let’s see how the package does with the strikes.

I was unaware of the Windblade cost being so reasonable, but learning has occurred. If she was as rare as the Decepticon jets that does make a lot more sense. Pesky lapses in collecting!!! (Shakes articulated fist)

Iron Factory DaiShogun Boohmaru is in the house courtesy of @bcm77. Gotta say that transformation is not as finnicky as I feared, couple of bit were a pain, mostly the tabbing in of the under armour because Iron Factory and their long slow slog towards finding tolerances that aren't so loose to be useless, and so tight to break the damn thing. SpongeBob SkullFace's video was the most helpful though.

    LOVE the Rex mode.

You are not alone. My car has its MOT on the 2nd Dec so it is booked in for the service and that. I know the cost for all that is circa £260. A lovely little Xmas pressie for myself.

On the bot/toy front, I’ve not been receiving much in the way of mainline figs but I have had a result with AliExpress and Gundamit where I received 7 out of 8 parcels from them today. One of my Gundamit orders seem to have gone astray with Evri. I took delivery of XTB Commander Stack (Ultra Magnus) from Omegalock half an hour ago.

    Might post a haul photo.

I’ve got an evening planned watching the last episode of Andor and some 1 on 1 action with Ultra Magnus. :D  UM- I will be gentle! :)

Hope this isn’t frowned upon (and if it is sorry) - I’m gonna be slowly posting up a lot of my collection in here, as I’m able to organise it out of storage. Will only be shipping to the uk and trying to undercut eBay prices a bit. I have Greenlight and a bit more Takara stuff to come: WTS: JimmyWrong’s UK Christmas Collection Liquidation

Going to add more paint to the helicopter, tidy up the joints and details then see what weapons to source and start another Decepticon then

To be honest the arms don't bug me BUT I am all in for an engine/shield/gun/thing, actually interested in the Sludge toes though.

So, a very well populated tkmaxx in Trowbridge.

Nabbed myself a primal and botropolis set, but as I know folks have been looking for them, I also grabbed 2x legacy primes and an extra botropolis, so if anyone wants one for cost plus postage (about a fiver) pm me

    Edit: Botropolis sold.
