My Inferno was from SAF. Haven't gone in on Dragon Megs.

I'm of a similar mindset. I thought Origins had a great story, the voices did really well, the map included the City map but doubled it over the bridge and the christmas dressings made it feel fresh, boss fights were great and felt varied and I liked the explaination of no civillians being it's christmas eve in the middle of a snow storm. Simple but effective. They're around, they're just all inside staying warm or sleeping. And the bit when you approach a story mission by a big clock and it strikes midnight, prompting Alfred to call you to wish you merry christmas and Bruce returns it was a nice unexpected moment. I loved the Deathstroke fight as I found it challenging and frustrating but in a good way. It made me think about how and when to attack, and when to counter and when to dodge. Very satisfying when I beat him.

Knight is my least favourite of the four, but that doesn't mean I hate it. I still love it and think it's an amazing game. My biggest complaints are the Riddler races and the first Arkham Knight and Deathstroke battles. The riddler challenges where you have to use the batmobile as part of solving the puzzle, I loved those. But hate the races. And those two tank battles are just painful to play through. The smaller tank fights are fun.

That rise of the beasts mug on the front page shows us the maximals for the first time. They look great. Looking forward to seeing them on the big screen.

Right on. Puzzle solving in the batmobile was alright, but the races I found to be just a bit too difficult for a racing game novice like myself.

Snap. Got Megs, Starscream, Inferno, Crankcase and Skullgrin with them. Comics & Cocktails tend to get things out later than others. They're a smaller operation than Kapow and ID so it takes em longer. The other side of that is they're usually cheaper and have free delivery as default. So I can accept that. I'm not expecting a update till the back end of this week at the earliest because of the postal strikes.

What'd he do to you? :(

Well, I'm not a parent but I can absolutely recommend Netflix She-ra, The Owl House, Amphibia, and The Ghost and Molly McGee as female lead shows I wish I had as a kid! I think they're all on about the same level as Ms Marvel for I dunno, peril and the like. Maybe a smidge more? Also other than She-ra they all have non white leads, and She-ra has a very diverse cast. I do kinda wonder what She-ra would have looked like if they'd made her Latina like her VA like some of the other characters got their actors' ethnicities? Despite not being humans from Earth but ho hum.
Also hmm now there's an idea to tuck away for a future pic!

The Ghost and Molly McGee is pretty much my go to for cheering me up. I think it's got the youngest target demographic of the shows I mentioned, though only slighty, but Molly is just such a huge ray of sunshine it's impossible to remain sad :D
Amphibia and The Ghost and Molly McGee have also fascinated me with Thai culture as both protagonists are Thai or half Thai respectively and that stuff comes up in a very organic way.

    AND NAUTICAAAAAAAA!

She-Ra's mum, Queen Marlena, is actually from Earth (an astronaut). She was Captain Marlena Glenn and married King Randor, who's Eternian.

    Ok Mr nitpicker :p
That said, none of that comes up in the Netflix show so no way of knowing if it's the case in this continuity.

Actually doesn't preclude her having some Latinx heritage even if canonised seeing as Marlena is coded vaguely American, and since learning exceptionally recently that the OG Live Action Wonder Woman Lynda Carter is of Mexican-American heritage it strikes me that one could consider PoP She-Ra Latina just because of the choice of VA, despite her not having more stereotypical Latin features, after all being raised in the Fright Zone isn't gonna do her complexion that good on the tan front either, I submit!

    THERE'S A SERIES BIBLE! A BIBLE!

No, I never actually worry about such things in the context of a show itself, and especially not as someone who's seen quite a few Sean Connery movies :D

My stepdaughter just messaged me about random deep discounts at Tesco's. Only piecemeal info, and not just toys (e.g. car engine oil), but one toy she saw was a Sylvanian Family thing from 70 quid down to £17.45!

MY TM2 Scourge was a real swine with the flaking too. but it was easier to fix the silver layer didn't fall off on mine so I just had to tap some clear orange on his where the laquer had fallen off and reseal him.

Speaking of Re-sealing I was wondering after Hydrogen Peroxiding SG Starscream's discoloured parts what I can use to seal them so they don't discolour again, would any clear varnish do ? Or do I have to hunt up one that is specifically UV resistant ?
