Nearly finished my prototype mirage cloaking device 2.0.

Comes with colour changing LEDs. App for colour setting. Sold state RGB. Fading and strobe options. USB powered.

Looks really nice, well done. LEDs shining through the edges of acrylic always looks great.
How cartoon accurate are those fingerprints?

 

They’re Sunbow accurate. Of course.


I’ve got a specific perspex cleaning product on the way and some micro fibre cloths. Because I’ve been handling it loads for measurements and the like this one has got quite grubby and dusty from sanding and cutting. Now I’ve got a template mocked up I can keep the next case clean until it goes on… hopefully!
The last photo is after a good clean with some house hold product - but window/glass cleaner is not the right wash to use but it’s all I’ve got right now.

On a serious note, has anyone who ordered from Showz got their Phantasm yet? Man, if this is how long they're gonna take I think I'll just keep my Jive PO at Omegalock. I can look the other way and pay the extra ten pounds that I would have been saving using Showz to have muh Jazz much earlier!

 

my thoughts are how much are you charging for it, and will you be making a parachute too?

I went ahead and paid when the option became available at showz without notice. It’s already departed China on the way to the US.

 

Here it is ready to fly out. I expect him this week or next week.

 

So I got in on all 4 of the next Fanstoys preorders with Bombusbee. We will see if he still gives a nice price when balance is due (first timer with him).
He still has them up as does Bababobo.

 

I just started using bbb terry and showz more regularly this past year and have noticed a very negligible difference in pricing between the 3. Showz and bbb of course give points which helps a little more.

 

Yeah- babo, Terry, SZS, BBB all share similar prices.

BBB sometimes gives nice preorder discounts (ive seen them $15ish cheaper on some bots) and SZS has top tier communication and forum presence.

They're all alright in my book.

Haven’t shopped with Terry but I heard they are also great. These Chinese sellers are amazing for us collectors that are not wealthy enough to buy from western e trailers.

 

I gladly take a longer time to wait over a more expensive figure that arrives in two days.

 

BBB and ShowZ are my dudes, good customer service, good prices and still decent shipping time to me. I'm just not interested in overpaying for things, least of all toys.
