yay grimlock and BA are here. they're both pretty cool. grimlock is a tad unsecured in dino mode, some of the tabs don't tab in very well around the dino neck chest thing. i will work on them with a little bit of glue to tighten em up. when hes out at retail i might get crazy and try some of that panel lining. BA is also awesome. had to add some glue to tighten up her spider but hinge though so she could hang without being floppy. she also has some extra gold paint marks i need to get off. yay QC.

overall im still super happy with both.

 

So far I got animated cybertron Prime, Bumble bee, Lockdown, Prowl.

They are starting to show up in Canada.  

 

w00t maybe some deluxe/voyagers will be released this month in holland   could be wrong info offcourse...  

 

How in the world have I resisted so long? I still don't have a single figure from Animated, not even one of the more common Wave 1 guys.

 

Woohoo! My Lugnut finally got through customs! I like this new one a lot.



Now I just need a replacement for my Blitzwing's wing along with Soundwave, and I'll have the whole first season cast.

Right now, I can't afford to, and eBay prices are stupider than before, so I don't have much choice in the matter. I'm talking more in general. Had Heero's stuff right in my face for the longest time, since the start of the $1 Bulkhead thread, and all that time since, never actually bit the bullet.

 

Yeah, while small, Lugnut's definitely a great figure. And I hear you on the Soundwave. I was kind of expecting them to show up by now. I wonder if there IS some kind of crack down going on.

Wave 1 deluxes aren't that bad anymore on eBay. I got Cyb. Prime for $25. I see a bunch of Lockdown and Prowls going for about $29 shipped. Bumblebee still goes for around $30-40.

 

Seriously? So -that's- why I had no problem getting back what I paid for it...

 

He might be my favorite of the Decepticons so far.



His head can't move, right?

 

Lugnut? Yeah, his head is fixed into place. I've taken his whole chest apart to do some tune up work, it wouldn't even be possible to make it turn without a LOT of modding work, they way they have it anchored.

Well I don't think he can turn his head in the show either.
That's why he has those small eyes on the side of his head.

 

With a month to go before release, I'd rather wait. Not low enough to go out of my budget yet. Had it been like that earlier with Heero? Totally different story. Never wanted Bumblebee.

 

Oh, I can tell you exactly why. The automorph. If they made it so his head turned, chances are if the joint ever got loose the head could possibly turn INSIDE the chest and snap off during the automorph to robot mode.
