The weird thing is the parts of the box where the axe is kept had blue painted chipped off on it so it was clearly there at some point but other than the figure was in it's original binding.

There's an auction site called mac.bid that buys online shopping returns in bulk and auctions them off. Its all As Is purchases, and you need to pick it up in person so they need to have a warehouse near you. I got my Motormaster off it for about half price. He's got 2 broken pegs that don't seem to restrict transformation or stability. I didn't even realize they were broken until about 2 months after I got him. So they could have taken the return and sold it off to them, or similar businesses. I've seen The Ark and Metroplex both on it, and they've got 4 of the Movie 15th anniversary pack, a Velocitron Scourge, and a Kingdom Dino Megatron all ending in the next 24 hours.

Seeing as he's now showing up in stores, I'm hoping Amazon bumps up the release date for The Fallen and starts shipping out preorders soon! Especially since Hasbro Pulse bumped his release up to November 4th.

 

Itonhide arrived. I like it. Solid, and honestly robot mode is better than the Earthrise version. Transition to vehicle mode is easy. Transition to robot mode… leaves a bit to be desired. The area where the windshield connects to the tabs that are his roof, seems to lock pretty tight and is a bit hard to undo.

 

Ironhide is here! Now do I open him tonight, or wait for the avalanche of figures I idiotically bought from Pulse last Thursday? Decisions, decisions.

 

Do a little at a time so you can enjoy them before opening new ones.  

 

Hopefully it means the Deluxes are also close.

Interesting. Out of maybe the 6 or 7 times so far I've used AJ, this was the only time I had it happen (at least I think, its possible it's just the only one I noticed). I got quite a few more preorders coming up this month and next so I wonder if I should switch payment methods beforehand.

Laserbeak and Ironhide both showed up today, alongside my Crasher from Pulse! It's been a damn fine day for mail.

Laserbeak is supposed to be delivered today but the mail already came. My post office has a bad habit of delivering mail and packages separately and at wildly different times. On the plus side Classified Kamakura was delivered.

 

I got my Classified Kamakura last week. Reviewers are shitting on him, no where to store weapons, price too high etc. Haven't opened him yet.

 

Just got mine too. Seems Bumblebee is a lot more clunkier than Megs. AWE Striker mode looks great.
