I think Bandai's concern maybe due to the cost into producing much bigger, taller figures, hence each figure will be much much more expensive, hence might piss off some of the collectors.
BOND IS COMING! As well as a new Loid, Yor, and school uniform Anya. Yor's probably casual clothes, but wonder what else they'd do for Loid.
I really wanted the new Madra but it was an exclusive that was way too much money for me to get sent to the UK.
Thank you, much appreciated I'm just learning how it all works so nice to be told I'm doing well. I used photoroom to take out background and insert all parts of picture and then used picarts to crop/resize and add effects/filter. Between the two I get the features you need to pay for on the other.
Eh it was just new paint on the old figure anyway. Would hope they do an actual new one at some point..
Elegant Can't remember its retail price but they could have at least included a stand as it barely has anything.
A single SSG Goku 2021 event exclusive is available at BBTS (and will probably be gone by the time anyone clicks the link): Dragon Ball Super S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan God Goku 2021 Event Exclusive
Bandai’s MO: What, you need a stand to better justify your purchase and for your figure to pose better? FUCK YOU!
It is like all of the sudden Krilin has grown much taller in the Cell Saga but when it comes to Buu Saga, he seems to be shorter in height again, haha
Cross post Quick comparison between Figma and SHF JJK Yuji as I can't find where I stored the SHF box. I'd say they're the same height with SHF very slightly being wider. So if you're planning on mix and matching characters between lines, it can work. Face sculpts look good on both with Figma leaning more to the anime and SHF looking more manga-esque. I like that Figma has a smiling face for Yuji as generally he smiles more than his other 2 team mates which SHF missed. Figma also has a good serious neutral face as well. I feel SHF has better shouting and Sukuna faceplates. SHF feels more solid and probably has more heft. SHF has more points of articulation because of the double joined knees. Butterfly joints on the shoulder have more range on SHF but Figma has more on the ab crunch. I find it hard to reorient the joints on the figma to get the pose I want especially with the ankles. It's easier to manipulate the SHF. The way Figma's head is constructed is weird as the hood/collar is looped onto the neck peg. Initially, it's hard to switch the Figma's faceplates and hair because of the dried paint holding them together. I would be cautious of the ears as they might break because there's no easy way to grab onto the faceplate. You'll end up putting pressure on the ears as a result. SHF also has better range with the neck and head. Figma has more accessories and the energy effects look better as well but retail price is vastly different from each other. If we're ignoring current exchange rates, Figma is almost or slightly more twice the price of SHF.
"WHY ARE STANDING HERE?" "I DON'T KNOW!" "WHY ARE YOU SCREAMING?" "I DON'T KNOW!" "WHY ARE YOU SCREAMING?" "I DON'T KNOW!"
