I am currently doing a fix for anyone trying to fix theirs without replacement ones

 

That is my childhood Optimus, one of only three TFs to survive my parents giving away all of my toys in the 90s. His arms are superglued in place at the shoulders, his feet are wobbly, and he's missing some stickers including the faction symbols.

My childhood Megatron survived too, and his right arm is held on by a giant blob of glue placed there by an incompetent 10 year old. He can barely stand up.

But neither are going to be altered or repaired, because I love them as they are! They are miiiine.

I have other copies of both which are fully stickered and functional and clean, of course!

 

It looks fairly safe to presume that anyone that has ordered from Show.Z has unbroken smokestacks.

 

Pretty much all of us. Apparently it's always moving, just a matter of when they actually get around to updating the tracking.

I'd feel better about having a broken one if I could line up a replacement part. Show Z is trying but doesn't know if they can get them or not. Magic Square won't answer an email on this issue (at least yet).

 

Can someone with contacts to Magic Square ask them to give details about their plastic? I think many of us would benefit from it. Clearly they had reasons to why they did what they did. It would be great to hear why they chose this \"cheap\" plastic over what the plastic aficionados are used to.
