Like I said to the previous poster a bit back; The ratchets on this product have been pretty jank from first release and steadily jank since.

Well damn, just caved in and bought one. I was planning to sell a bunch of figures anyways, so that should more than definitely pay off for this. Iunno, the set just completely captured my interest the first time I saw it. I was bummed as I couldn't attend the Con to get one, but my hopes were renewed when I heard The Chosen Prime would be selling some copies online. Can't wait to have this in-hand. Plus it seems like a set that will definitely increase in value as time goes on (like a Haslab).

How long does FH normally take to ship out orders?

 

Not sure. You ended up buying straight from FH? The shipping price from there was crazy to ship to Canada, $108 USD  . How much was it for you?

 

I think about 85USD to ship to Australia with the cheaper shipping option. Otherwise it would've been 120+USD for fedex.

 

That's not bad. They only had Fedex as the option for Canada (and I hate Fedex because their import fees are always ridiculously high for some reason).

 

Fans Hobby just posted that they are opening up the Delta Baser orders to Europe and the UK on their site.

 

Guess they're not selling as fast as they were hoping

 

Perhaps it's cheaper to have FH ship them direct to international customers and Chosen Prime doesn't have much stock left.

This is the production numbers and the rate of sale an exclusive SHOULD have; it shouldn't be impossible to get at, and it shouldn't reward speculators and scalpers and flippers with deep pockets looking to make a buck; they should stick to sneakers they never remove from some 'vault' somewhere and leave the toys for people who wanna play with them.

 

Indeed. I am of the opinion that people shouldn't have to pay for someone else's vacation to TFCon to to obtain a figure they actually want to own.
