Pretty self explanatory. I've had this idea for a long time and finally decided to use Drag Strip for it. Frustratingly, the black redeco was announced while I was in the middle of painting. Also around that time, I realized I should have dyed it. Dig through the ditches And burn through the witches And slam in the back of my DRAGULA! Two undead mechs clash in the night! I want to rig up some minimalist but moody backgrounds for some pics before Halloween. I'll post those here if I can get to it.
Yes, they are! The Final Faction stuff is great for parts. I just had to drill a 3mm hole in the arms and the blades just pegged into place.
First, nice job on the paint! The layout looks very nice. Excellent use of the Final Faction parts. I see them in the dollar store all the time because I'm always hunting for new parts for custom RPG minis, but , I didn't recognize them at all. I've come close to starting a new custom several time in last couple of years only to have them leaked or officially announced. It's gotten so bad that recently I've been more selective about which projects I work on and more cautious about which figures I buy multiples of.
That happened to me with the PotP dinobots. I was starting to repaint a set of Chinese robots as the G1 dinos when they were announced. I finished the first and let the rest go.
At first I was expecting a Munsters crossover, but this is still cool! Nice color choices and accessories! Glarryg

Further evidence that Crasher should have been made from the Drag Strip mold, the colors work so well!
That is actually the Black Mage from Final Fantasy. Check out the comic strip 8 Bit Theater to see why I like him so much. Good point, the shoulder pylons give it the right silhouette. That can definitely work.
