    Well having seen some of your posts, I'm not entirely sure. Ideally Id like to design some brand new hands for him but I just dunno if it's even possible.

    Can he still hold his blaster? Cuz it doesn't look like there's alot of clearance for that.

    Are you using a slope piece on the front of his helmet crest? Can’t tell from this angle but kind of looks like it. I may have to try that.
    Have you done anymore work on it?

    My issue is the right rear light(with red crystal) royal blue plastic keeps popping out.

    I have a question being a newbie, I noticed that on my version, one of the fingers that simulates a trigger finger is different. Unlike in the manual which are 3 x2 (6) same angled sold bricks, mine comes in 5s while the 6th, I had to assemble from 2 pieces. One curved and another single square royal blue. That normal?
