I can't speak for MMC or FT, but XTB has no current plans for this figure.

 

I echo this. My set came with a screwdriver, but I would never use that junky little thing. A set of JIS or #0 screwdrivers will serve you well.

 

Does yours come with screw hole covers as well?

My blue jet has 1 cover.
My red jet has 2 covers.
My green jet has 0 cover.

And I was told there are screw hole covers for the tanks, driller and the jaguer too but I do not have them.

Hell, if they’re making dinoking, I can believe hasbro will make liokaiser! I will wait for that.

 

I believe there were 3 for Rhadamanthus/Leozack (teal/green), 2 for Aikos/Guyhawk (red), and 1 for Minos/Hellbat (blue)

Speculation has come from Pulsecon. The newly revealed core Dinobots are a combiner and the layout of the combination would lend itself to a Dinoking retool. Albeit one that would be incredibly lazy because by design they would have to incorporate the shells into the alt modes.

Still, an interesting rumour lent weight by Victory Saber and those continuing rumblings of a Hasbro Deszaras.

I don’t think those chunky little FPJ bastards have anything to be worried about just yet.

Yes. Apologies. It is educated speculation and not an official announcement though there may have been some hints dropped at pulsecon.

 

A Hasbro Dinoking would be very out of place in my MP collection.
Unless it was a joint venture with TakaraTomy as an official Masterpiece...which I don't see happening anytime soon.
Dinoking isn't red and blue or doesn't go by the name "Convoy" or any other A-list character from G1. :/

 

Just talked to my TFC Hades (reissue 2022 version) seller and he is very affirmative that there are no extra screwhole covers for Leozack (green jet) and thus not willing to email TFC for me, unless I could provide a photo to prove it.

Could any of the kind soul here please help me by posting the photo(s) of screwhole covers of Leozack next to the box, so that he is convinced to help?

I know I read somewhere that someone at Hasbro was talking about the new core dinobot combiners and wondering what else they could retool from the design.

 

The eyes have it. Well, they do now. Couldn't really get on with the light piping so a spot of shiny metallic red for Liokaiser and the lads made all the difference.
