Yeah but "mature" being in quotes was the point. Dude looks the way he does cause Megs was a petty bitch but mostly he was just an ultra obsessed fanatic (he even contemplated suicided once Megatron defected) who was just contradiction central and had never amounted to anything in life. As Megatron even said after Tarn broke down and attempted to fake bravado like he always has. Having him want to be the "face" of the cause, a cause who'd badge is a face as a defiant mirror to the Autobots being based on the "face of Primus" just makes sense. Really the only bad part about it of it was the really poorly done "mystery" of who he is they did in S2.

I think this post I made must’ve aged poorly, mainly because the Transformers X Magic: The Gathering collaboration was revealed to be a card game and not a Transformers figure.

 

I know Aaron Archer said that Energon Sharkticon is supposed to be the Nemesis, but I'd say it looks about as much like the Nemesis as it does the Axalon.

 

Hopefully an RID X-Brawn (his Japanese name being 'Wildride'), but that's pure speculation, we really have no idea.

 

Well it was more to homage the Nemesis, although Takara seemed to think the same for the Axalon.

 

Yeah, I get that. I just mean that I don't think it looks anything like either ship, regardless of it's inspirational, regardless of what ship they ultimately called the redeco.
