I know. It’s a pet peeve of mine. It seems with any modern take on Armada Starscream, people always flip that assembly up to mimic G1 Starscream’s shoulders. Every time I see someone do that I scream “You’re doing it wrong!” in my head.

    Oh most definitely:

    Definitely getting one.
Not even a fan of Armada, but this design is great.

Just realized he has a separate stand port for the alt mode. Really happy to see just wish they did it more.

They tend to do that with jets, if the robot mode port doesn't end up in a useful place. The Studio Series Starscream and Earthrise Seeker molds are the same way.

He actually looks good, of course considering this is a modern Hasbro products, but still pretty bad the swords situation.

Just keep low expectations, Hasbro has a trend of low quality and the cheap hollow plastic syndrome is worst with time. Is save to wait some time before get a unit and check for reports of the yellow plastic issue.

Yeah sometimes they do it right but somtimes they'll have it in an awkward spot or almost impossible to use such as the bumblebee seekers or kingdom cyclonus

With a little imagination. Makes me think how much I'd like to have a squad of renegades for my Decepticon army.

It's what I've done. Both versions of Deep Cover, Rusted Barricade, Road Rage, and blue bluestreak (with Siege Prowl's lightbar) became the Puzzler team. Generations Sky Shadow became Snoop, and the upcoming G2 Dragstrip will be Slicks.

Legacy Bulkhead has minicon ports, the new one has sculpted ports where the original toy had

legacy Hot Shot also had a minicon port at the back of his car

I don't care if the minicons cant port on when they do them, I just want them to be articulate.

I am looking forward to IDW Jhiaxus version. HasTak did it in Thrilling 30s line, no reason for not doing it again this time.

Well, I'd argue the whole new mold G2 accurate Jhiaxus made preclude it from happening

(Also if Starscream gets redone as anyone, I'm hoping for Universe Ramjet personally. a figure who battle damage is very appropriate for)
