IDK which I like less: the dumb misproportioned robo-arm, or his weirdly Frieza-esque voice.

But he seems okay as a one-off villain for the first few episodes. I\'m just hoping he stays that way, and Megatron can have the villain spotlight. Cause Megatron looks too awesome to not be the big-bad of the series.

 

I feel ya, though it isn't something that I ever really stopped to examine so much.

But, trying to reason it out, I could imagine that maybe the Decepticons are more willing to use more dangerous and unstable beam settings than the Autobots, and that's why their beams are differently colored.

And, while I don't expect Dark Energon to return, that is something that could explain why Decepticon beams are differently colored.

I'd also like to see the rest of the Combaticons, but I shouldn't get too ahead of myself in what to expect.

He's definitely the build a figure I don't know that we know what size he is.

I'd absolutely love to see a depiction of the Combaticons that's a mix of various past interpretations of their members.

Onslaught could be either his Ultra figure or Energon repaint.

So is he like a third factions cos he want to get rid of the "invasive" species that would means both Autobot and Decepticon or would he strike a deal with the Decepticon (like when the Autobots are gone, the Decepticon will leave)?

 

If his robotic arm is as heavy as it looks, Mandroid is gonna have back problems.

 

Replace both arms, that way it evens it out.

God, out of all the trends over the years, I think this is one of them that has really rubbed me the wrong way the most. They LITERALLY can't take anything serious anymore. There's no stakes or heartfelt moments. Or fear that your favorite character is legitimately on the verge of death. Everything is turning into a Family Guy episode, where they just drop a random interchangeable joke constantly to break up whatever tension and good story that is actually being built around it.

 

This is why I’ve gone back to the first two Hulk movies, regardless of their quality.

 

I mean, this is a kids show. They've been doing this sort of thing forever. Heck, my biggest criticism of Beast Wars was it's often intrusive Loony Toons style of humor. At this point, I've just gotten used to it.
